House holiday rentals in Kalymnos

8 kişilik bir aile olarak gittik, 1 hafta boyunca kendi evimizde gibi hissettik. Burak Bey sorularımıza anında cevap vererek bize çok yardımcı oldu. Ev hakkında; ev gayet güzel, ve bakımlı. Her odada kliması mevcut, odalar temiz ve bakımlı, bahçe ve havuzda aynı şekilde temiz ve bakımlı. Palamutbüküne 5-10 dakika arabayla aynı şekilde civarda marketler mevcut. Genel olarak harika bir tatil oldu, kesinlikle herkese öneririm!

Great clean villa to stay in! Enjoyed our stay with my friends, the host was very accommodating We weren’t to far from the main areas it was only 20 minutes away. This villa has a lot of space it’s beautiful with beautiful views! I would definitely come back and recommend

Uns hat die Unterkunft besonders gut gefallen. Zum einen, ist die Unterkunft schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. Zudem ist die Unterkunft schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung sind neuwertig und nicht abgenutzt. Die Lage ist super, weil es um die Villa herum ruhig ist und man dennoch sehr nah an der Stadt und somit an Restaurants Bars und Clubs ist. Man hat also alles von deinem. Der Poolbereich hat den ganzen Tag Sonne, sodass man sich in Ruhe Sonnen und diese ausnutzen kann. Die Eigentümer und Mitarbeiter der Unterkunft sind jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation ist super. Diese Unterkunft ist super empfehlenswert. Es sind super süße Katzen in der Umgebung, die sich nach Liebe und Aufmerksamkeit sehnen. Das war das aller schönste was wir in unserem Urlaub erleben durften.

Magnifique séjour dans la maison de Selma, grande, belle, très bien décorée et très agréable à vivre : ombre, piscine, terrasses, vue magnifique et environnement calme. La maison est très proche du centre ville mais le chemin est très raide. Nous recommandons cette maison !

Eda, çok dost canlısı biri ve mesajlara hemen cevap verdi. Çok ilgili davrandı. Annesi ve babası çok tatlı insanlar. Bizi kahvaltıya davet ettiler (yemekte kuş sütü eksikti). Annesi çok sıcakkanlı davrandı. Dönüşte bizi uygun bir fiyata havaalanına bıraktılar . Her şey için teşekkür ederiz. Konum olarak Bodrum merkez’de ve taksi ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde. Biz ulaşım konusunda zorlanmadık.

This place is a gem! Looks even better than the photos, is clean, and a great value for the money. My only suggestion is to get Yavuz to navigate you directly to the location. We speak Turkish and know the Bodrum area well, and it was still initially difficult for us to find (but the view makes the climb so worth it!) You will definitely enjoy your holiday here, but you will need to rent a car. Enjoy!

Bizi konaklama yerinde Ayça hanımın babası Halil bey karşıladı. İlgili , güler yüzlü bir aile.İletişim konusunda hiç sıkıntı çekmedik. Sorularımıza ihtiyaçlarımıza hemen dönüş sağladılar.Ev eski ama gayet temizdi.Muhit olarak denize , marketlere yürüme mesafesinde.Konaklamamızdan memnun kaldık.Teşekkür ederiz

Wir haben zu dritt die Zeit in Kos sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, Strände, Restaurants etc alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben die vielen Restaurants genutzt, doch es war schön sich morgens mit ein wenig Obst und einem Kaffee in den Hof zu setzen. Dort konnte man auch die Handtücher sehr gut trocknen. Vielen lieben Dank an Eirini, die uns bei Fragen immer weiterhelfen konnte ♥️ die Menschen sind sehr herzlich und lebensfroh, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Emplacement idyllique, et hôte ultra réactif. Le seul problème c’est que du coup on n’avait plus envie de partir! Merci Giorgos c’était super!

It was great being back at Argyro's apartment. Lovely and peacefull setting with a lovely bed and clean linen. We will be back for sure!

We zijn erg vriendelijk ontvangen , hele behulpzame gastvrouw. De villa is erg mooi en netjes. Hele mooie adembenemende uitzicht vanaf het terras . Kamers zijn ruim en schoon . Mooie grote keuken met alle apparatuur. De Airconditioning werkt prima. Deze villa is een aanrader.

Amazing place for a vacation, the best part is obviously the view from the balcony. It is the best view in town and we enjoyed every morning the sunrise and our breakfast here. The apartment is new and very thoughtful furnished and decorated. Very comfortable bed and the shades in the bedroom are fantastic - no light is coming in. Kitchen is small but has everything we needed for a little cooking. When we arrived, we were welcomed with some drinks and snacks already which was very much appreciated.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und schön, sehr persönlich, geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viel Platz und rundum Fenster. Die Küche ist prima ausgestattet, die Dusche super. Die Kommunikation mit Helen und Dimitri war sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank!

We were given a warm personal welcome to this lovely Leros home, a place of calm and comfort from the heat of the day. It was well equipped and everything we needed was there. It was only a two minute walk to the satin sea and a great location for climbing the hill to the castle at daybreak. Thank you for hosting us Leonidas. We will definitely return!

Wat een heerlijke landelijke omgeving met een prachtig uitzicht over de wijnranken en de heuvels! Het huisje is knus en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Buiten heb je een terras met mooi uitzicht, een tafel, bank en stoelen om heel zen te ontbijten, te borrelen of te eten. De gastheren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Nikos kwam ons ophalen bij de ferry in de haven van Skala. Er lagen waterflessen in de koelkast en vijgen uit de tuin. Er zijn strandjes op loopafstand maar als je het hele eiland wilt verkennen kun je het beste een auto of scooter huren. Patmos en deze plek van Nikos en Mikaelis zijn een heerlijke plek!

Το σπιτάκι της Νεφέλης ήταν ένα σπιτάκι κουκλιστικο λες και ήταν παραμύθι! Μικρή φωλιτσα! Απίστευτη θέα! Θα μπορούσες να κάτσεις ώρες σε αυτό το μπαλκόνι! Μέσα θα έλεγα μικρό αλλά με όλες τις ανέσεις ! Όμορφα τακτοποιημένο δεν του έλλειπε τίποτα! Ακόμα κ το μπάνιο που στην αρχή με τρόμαξε που ήταν τόσο μικρό.. ήταν τόσο λειτουργικό που πραγματικά απορώ γιατί χρειαζόμαστε μεγαλύτερο μπάνιο! Η Νεφέλη καθώς και οι γονείς της πολύ φιλόξενοι άνθρωποι! Ελπίζω σε μια επόμενη απόδραση στον Μαγγανίτη και στο μαγικό σπιτάκι της Νεφέλης!!

Le logement proposé par Akhati est un véritable havre de paix. L’extérieur et la vue sur la baie sont magnifiques. La décoration intérieure était moins à notre goût mais la propreté était impeccable. Le bord de mer, les commerces et restaurants sont facilement accessibles à pieds en descente mais attention à la remontée si vous n’êtes pas très sportifs 😉 Akhati est venue nous chercher à l’arrivée du ferry pour que nous n’ayons pas à faire le trajet à pieds avec les bagages, nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Amorgos et nous recommandons ce logement.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well-equipped for cooking. It was private, quiet, with a wonderful view. There was even a small library. Stalas Market is a five minute steep walk down the steps as are many restaurants. But the best feature was fresh drinking water, a rarity on the island. The only minor inconvenience is that the shower stall is small. Skevos & Katina are fantastic hosts. Stevos picked us up at the ferry dock. They had stocked the refrigerator and pantry with basic food and drink so we didn’t have to worry about food at first. They live nearby and are quick to respond. And occasionally they cook a delicious homemade Greek meal. One could not ask for anything more. We plan to return in the future.

Wow! What can I say?! Emmanuel and his family are the BEST Airbnb hosts we have ever had! Angela and her husband (Emmanuel’s parents) kindly collected us from the port and took us to the house, then gave us a full tour of the town the following morning, giving us top tips on where to go, what to see and do. The location of the property is the best on the island. Extremely comfortable and wonderful views of the beautiful bay. So grateful to have met Emmanuel’s family and for them being so kind to us and for treating us like part of their own family. Thankyou so much guys for your kindness. We would love to come back and stay again. Katsadia is the place to be. You just can’t beat it! <3

This two bedroom, ground floor apartment is ideally located on a quiet, residential street, a short five to ten minute walk from the many shops and restaurants at the main Port. The area is safe with a green grocer, small supermarket, bakery and butcher, a block away. The off-street parking is a plus if you have a car. The modestly furnished apartment has a backyard that is shared with the building next store but can provide refuge from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. A adequately outfitted kitchen makes meal prep possible. Check-in, check-out was flawless. The host was available to answer any questions that we had. Definitely a good place to stay if you want to be near the Port of Kos, yet desire a more serene environment.

Das Airbnb ist einmalig. Es liegt in einem verlassenen Bergdorf in Ruinen mitten in der Natur. Man ist dort meistens alleine. Bzw alleine mit Schafen, Ziegen und Katzen. Es ist wunderschön, abseits vom Trubel und man hat viel Privatsphäre. Donnerstag bis Sonntag ist in der Taverne direkt nebenan Livemusik. Das ist schön, aber wirklich laut und geht bis 2-3 Uhr morgens. Darüber wurden wir aber vorher informiert. Klare Kommunikation und kein Minuspunkt, man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass es an diesen Tagen laut wird. Ansonsten hat das Airbnb alles, was man braucht. Einfach, aber schön. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche auf Kos und kommen gerne wieder. Ein ganz besonderer Ort, dem ich jedem empfehlen würde!
