Monthly Rentals in Kaloutsikos

Very nice place, beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The hosts were amazing, very nice people and always responsive through our whole stay. With a little rennovation the house could become priceless. The complex is mostly inhabited by the owners of the houses, so not pretty much of a touristic place.

We had an incredible time at this place! It was beautiful, quiet, and just a few steps from an always-empty beach. We loved using the paddle boards and kayaks, and were even lucky enough to see dolphins while having breakfast in the garden. Vasilichis, the host, was always available and truly passionate about hosting. When my little sister couldn't find flippers that fit her, he went out of his way to find the right size while we were out on a trip. When we returned, the flippers were waiting for us in the garden. The place was spotless and even better than the pictures. Our dog also had an amazing time enjoying the large, well-maintained garden. I highly recommend booking this place — you won't regret it!

Great place to relax and enjoy

Great place, looking even better that the photos. We had everything we needed (even sunbeds and umbrella for the beach). The property has a beautiful outdoor space (great view and safe space for the childrens to play). Located right next to the pebble beach. You can also find sandy beaches at a short car drive (like Possidi beach). I recommend Evangelia's place if you travel with kids.
