We love our little waterfront retreat. Here, the holiday atmosphere prevails year-round overlooking the water with boats, kayaks, sup and bathers summer and winter. For us, it's the perfect recreational oasis in the city with the most beautiful nature right outside the door, and easy access to the water via a jetty. At the same time, there is plenty of city life on Aarhus Island with theatre, cafes, restaurants, shopping and water sports just around the corner. The apartment is on two levels, with its own entrance and views of the bay and Risskov.

A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

The town is popular especially in summer, when the area is filled with life from people visiting Knebel Bro harbor.

There is sun all day on the terrace. In-ground trampoline, sandbox, fire pit, etc. Mols Bjerge has many beautiful hikes. Hyggelig 1. salslejlighed på vores gård, beliggende i landlige omgivelser. Boligen ligger centralt i Østjylland, 18 km fra Århus C og 9 km fra tilkørslen til motorvej E45. Til lejligheden hører en syd/østvendt terrasse, hvor der er mulighed for at grille eller tænde op i bålet. Der er plads til fire gæster. Vi har en sød, børnevenlig og rolig hund, samt fire tamme katte, som går frit på ejendommen. Hunden og kattene må ikke være i lejligheden.

A few hundred meters from the water, this charming mini-house is in an attractive area. After two minutes on foot, you are standing with your toes in the warm sand on the beach. In the area you will find forests and after a short walk you will arrive at Kaløvig Marina. There is a bus service to Aarhus twice an hour. The house contains a simple kitchen, a bathroom and a spacious bedroom with the possibility of extra beds for two smaller children.

Approximately 20 minutes drive to Ebeltoft, 40 minutes to Djurs Sommerland and 45 minutes to Aarhus.
