Cozy cottage of 138 sqm with ample space for 4 adults and 4 children and up to 2 infants in a travel cot. The summerhouse is newly renovated. Min. 4 day out of season and 1 week in high season. Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity 3.79 kr. per kwh I reserve the right to increase the price, water 79 kr. per m3, the landlord reads at check in and out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check out.

In this cozy cottage you can completely unwind and enjoy the beautiful view of both fields and forest. The cottage is for you who appreciate outdoor life and like the simple life close to nature. Here you live a little on nature's terms, as the electricity comes from solar cells, the water from the gutter, and the heat from the sun and wood in the wood-burning stove. You must therefore hold back on consumption - in return you can enjoy the silence, see beautiful sunsets and wild animals such as deer and birds of prey.

The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

Midt i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge med adgang til et utal af vandreture, lige uden for døren. Huset er placeret på en dejlig stor grund med plads til havespil og bag huset er en skråning med store bøgetræer. Sommerhuset ligger 2,5 km fra den meget børnevenlige Femmøller Strand, og der er sti hele vejen. Stien fortsætter til den fantastiske købstad Ebeltoft med gode handelsmuligheder og eventyrlige brostensbelagte gader. 45 min fra huset ligger Aarhus og mange kulturelle oplevelser.

New private cottage from 2018 with a beautiful view and location, which we rent out, if you want to take care of it:) Everything is bright and welcoming. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
