Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Cozy apartment in villa with private entrance and views of garden and forest. Suitable for those who want to stay quietly and close to nature but at the same time have proximity to the city. Walking distance to forest and beautiful hiking areas, several swimming lakes and Partille golf club. Bring your own sheets and towels (can be rented for SEK 200/stay and will be notified in advance). Due to cleaning not working, we have now reintroduced a cleaning fee so we are responsible for the cleaning ourselves. Possibility of charging electric cars.

Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). The basement apartment, for you to rent, is a part of our house. It is close(200 m) to a bus stop and the city centre is 15 minutes away(by bus). Our house is close(800 m) to Kviberg multisport center. You can go skiing in the middle of summer in Skidome at the "Prioritet Serneke Arena". We offer a calm living in a Villa area. My family consists of me and my wife and our two cildren. Noise from children is OK for us around the clock, but it is no good for party life.- Welcome!

Dusch och tvättstuga finns i bostadshuset med egen ingång i källaren. Goda kommunikationer in till Göteborg via buss eller tåg. I vår trädgård vistas våra katter och höns.
