Apartment holiday rentals in Kålltorp

A very nice and tastefully decorated apartment where it feels like home. Very quiet in a residential area close to the forest and the lake on foot and the center of Gothenburg in 10 min by tram. Everything was pretty and very clean. Jenny welcomed us very warmly and made us feel good. She even provided us with the sheets that were not provided in the listing as we were coming by plane.

We booked Susanne and Subir's apartment for two months and we had such a wonderful stay. I have absolutely no complaints and would live here forever if I could! The space is lovely and bright, clean, full of greenery, and very comfortable. The area was perfect with kids - lot's of great playgrounds nearby and the Nature reserve was just steps away for forest play or jogging. We had family come and visit us while we were here and they loved staying in the upstairs bedrooms and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. But the best part of staying here is Susanne and Subir's hospitality - they are so kind and so accommodating. They really go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcome.

Rasmus was a wonderful and accommodating host. The apartment was exactly as described and we felt very welcome and immediately at home! Very clean and tidy and safe and in a nice neighbourhood with essentials (ie: lidl) just steps away!

The house was clean and spacious in a quite area. It had everything for a comfortable stay. Marcus is a great host and helped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our 1 week stay. Thank you Marcus.

Bright and nice apartment near Liseberg and Gothia Towers. Close to trams and buses that can take you to the shopping areas of the city in 5 minutes, but also within walking distance to good restaurants. Lovely balcony and very quiet area. Flexible and smart floor plan with a huge sofa bed. Thank you for the stay and we hope to come back!

Great location and a wonderful host.

The accommodation was indeed like staying in a castle and the views were magnificent Great when the skylights had blackout curtains. I met Jesper and he was nice and helpful There was a coffee machine, but we couldn't find any capsules. So it's worth finding out from Jesper what kind of capsules he needs. A regular coffee maker would be my own suggestion if something to develop should be found. The apartment is on the top floor and there are stairs, so please note if you are unable to climb stairs. We would definitely stay at Jesper's place again.

A really lovely gem of a place - we were happy to spend a long weekend in Lidija's beautiful apartment. Location is great, and the apartment is super charming and homely. The sofa bed in the living room folds out to a full bed, which worked perfect as it offers two large sleeping spots. It had everything you might need and communication with Lidija was smooth with quick responses. Overall a great experience!

We've had a super long weekend in Gothenburg. This is a very cozy and practical apartment that is located right near the tram, so it is easy to get to the city center. The apartment was completely clean when we arrived, and we received clear instructions on check-in and check-out and good suggestions for the stay. You simply get a lot for your money! Recommended😊

We very much enjoyed our stay. Magnus and his wife are wonderful hosts. The location (outside the city) is great. There is a tram-stop right in front of the house. Perfect! The tram goes straight to the city center or to the ferries (to visit all the beautiful islands).

Beautiful apartment, in an area easily accessible by bus (bus stop 20 meters away). The small outdoor terrace is very nice, in a quiet residence. The interior is well thought out with all the essentials for our stay! We were even able to wash a little laundry;) We were in a hurry to return the car, but Kristoffer was very nice to us, and I was able to ask her for advice afterwards. I recommend it!

We loved every second there. The vibes are immaculate, being surrounded by nature and the coziest bed ! It’s perfect for a getaway ❤️ We were very satisfied and would love to come back anytime! Just wish it was closer ❤️😂

We were there as a group and everyone found a place, even if 4 beds did not have a "separate" room. The mattresses were quite thin at the time, which is why only light children could sleep on them. Otherwise, everything was on site and sufficient for us. The terrace was super nicely located and the kids had play facilities outside. Our host Emelie was always available and fulfilled open requests as quickly as possible.

The appliances are all newer and updated, everything as advertised. Plenty of pots, pans, good knives, etc to make meals at home. The host was very quick to respond to my questions, which is appreciated.

Good location if u are traveling and have a car. Great views. Very comfortable.

It was a really good time in Abbe's apartament. Fantastic place to see and staying in Goteborg.
