Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Kali

We had a warm welcome and brilliant communication during our stay. We were helped directly when we had a concern :-) The location of the house is in the beautiful nature of Vranas and you can escape the hustle and bustle. The private pool helps. You also have an outdoor grill to round off the beautiful evenings. Furthermore, a new, additional bathroom is available, which is not yet visible in the pictures! However, a car is strongly recommended to reach supermarkets, beaches, etc. All in all, it was a great stay and we would come back :-)

Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We felt very comfortable in Jadranka's house. It's all very nicely decorated and you feel right at home. We had booked at very short notice and were still able to enter the house before check-in time. Jadranka and her family are very friendly and always helped us with questions. Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at Goran's place. 😎 Goran is super kind and helpful, with a great personality. The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a larger group of friends. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the house. A big highlight of our trip was getting to use Goran's brand new SUPs, which definitely added an extra layer of fun to our trip. 🏄🏽‍♀️ We highly recommend this place to anyone. 🫶🏼

We had a great stay and experience at the villa. We were a family of 7 adults and a child and there was something for everyone. A clean and beautiful swimming pool, a pool table, a table tennis and a playground. This is a very spacious villa with two independent levels. The main kitchen was outside providing extra socialising space. Actually this is where we spent most of our time. Very calm area in a country side. You will need a car to move around with the closest supermarket and fish shop at 15 minutes drive. Very nice restaurants on the coast and surrounding villages. Our experience went beyond our expectations and we are seriously thinking of coming back. The checkin was very easy with clear instructions with the host waiting for us despite a delayed and late arrival. Always available to answer any question. A wonderful experience and thank you Ante.

Neatly finished and complete house. Equipped with all the comforts such as a washing machine, dishwasher and extensive kitchen equipment. The house has a terrace (no garden) and private driveway for parking your car. There is direct contact with the neighbors who walk and drive along the terrace. This is not inconvenient but good to know. Within walking distance of a beautiful and well-kept (pebble)beach on the road, with nice terrace and bar La Bocca. Supermarket around the corner has limited assortment. The center of Sukosan is 5 minutes to drive and 30 minutes to walk. From Biograd and Zadar, the islands can be reached easily by regular ferry.

My family & I stayed here (2 adults & 3 young children) and we loved the house! We were welcomed with fresh bread and cake, and it was very clean. Everything was just as described and pictured, the pool was lovely to relax around, and the large outdoor grill and sauna were fabulous to have. We really didn't want to leave! Josip is a fantastic host and was always very responsive to any questions, including helping us with groceries due to Easter closure and providing a travel cot on request. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the Zadar & surrounding area, Old Town is a short drive away, and we also travelled to Plitvice Lakes which took around 2 hours. Overall an extremely pleasant stay; clean, spacious and excellent amenities. Thankyou!

Martin's place was really super nice. The location is great if you want to switch off for a while and still want to do something from time to time, such as the national park or a boat trip in Zadar. Martin is a very friendly and helpful host who warmly welcomes you with drinks and food. Highly recommended!

Lovely appartment in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to the sea and in walking distance from the old town. Dario was quick and friendly. Great host and great accommodation!

The place was perfect. Parking available right in front of the building, Joanna and Ana responded immediately when needed. Check in super simple. Very clean and spacious apartment in a great location.

We stayed in Zlata's apartment for 2 nights. We actually arrived too early, but were very kindly received by her. She took extensive time to show the apartment and gave us a lot of tips and information about the area. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. We recommend this apartment!

We really appreciated the personal contact with our host, taking the time to ensure we were in the apartment, had time to ask questions, even giving us lots of reccomendations that were perfect for our stay length. Helpful and friendly! Incredibly quiet for a city apartment. Soft music & sea organ both were a lovely occasional serenade while relaxing on the patio in the evening. We loved it ❤️~Susan and Jeff

We had a very pleasant 5 nights stay, the appartement is located in a quiet residential area with lot of stores around. Full kitchen, nice modern bathroom, very clean and comfy rooms. Building is very easy to access. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the local bus or Uber made it really easy to go on other cities nearby, or you can take a nice walk right to the beach! Mirjana and her family are very warm persons, wou will be welcomed with homemade cookies, products in the fridge and fruits from the garden. Sometimes when you come back home you will find some sweets in front of your door! We recommend this experience with a well deserved 5 stars 🌟

Josip was very kind and welcomed us even before the check-in indicated on the App. The apartment was big, had a nice living room. The kitchen had everything you might need! The balcony had enough space for 3 - 4 people to sit and even some clothes to be laid out! We got some restaurant and beaches suggestions and the options were really worth it! Not so close to the centre, but a few minutes away by car from it. Definitely recommended if you hop in Zadar!

Marko’s place is amazing! It’s a lovely, modern apartment just on the sea. Super clean and everything working perfectly. We had a very nice stay with Villa Marija. It is a very nice villa, quiet location. Very nice view. We could check in earlier, that was very nice. We got good tips for restaurants nearby. All in all had a very happy vacation!

Villa very nice and comfortable, large bedrooms, living room, dining area, terrace. Clean and welcoming. Location approx. Unfortunately, the street was being renovated during our stay, which unfortunately made it quite noisy. Very flexible and friendly host. Overall, the trip was very positive.

A lovely cute little villa, spotlessly clean. There is a bakery around the corner and a lovely man selling his fruit and veg. Also a big supermarket 5 minutes walk away and a pharmacist. It’s also a twenty minute walk to the centre of Zadar. The only issue is that there is a house being built opposite and we were overlooked in the pool by builders and there machinery was quite noisy. Hopefully that should be finished for next season. The host was very friendly, as was her brother who met us on arrival and gave us lovely food and bread, and we were left milk, juice and water which was lovely.overall a lovely little place.

Had a great stay there!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Medici. Ideal with teens, multiple activities that appeal to everyone: gym, sauna, pool table, playstation, swimming pool… everyone was able to have their space and at the same time spacious places to meet all together.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

We had a great time! Beautiful surroundings. From the house and from the terraces you have beautiful views. Totally with the amazing sunset that Croatia has to offer. Dino is incredibly friendly and hospitable. Easily accessible and responds quickly. The pool and summer kitchen were the highlights. For us, it was not completely clear that there was a sofa bed in the living room (there are five of us). However, this was not a problem, but it did switch. The surroundings are great! Everything within good travel distance and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk with super sweet ladies who do their best to help you despite the language barrier. Absolutely recommended!
