It has a reverse cycle split system air conditioner and a 40 Inch Smart TV. The kitchen has a Microwave, stove, oven, fridge/freezer.

Three bedroom, one bath with communal bbqs, pool and lawn. 5-10 minute walk from centre of town. Parking is out front and can fit two vehicles. The three rooms include one queen bed, one double, two singles and a port-a-cot. Very suitable for families, but no more than four adults please.
