Amazing semi detached 2 storey villa with huge ocean views. The beach is through the park that you see in pictures and across the road. Hillarys Marina is 5 minutes walking distance away - Western Australia's most highly visited area. Trendy cafes and restaurants all walking distance. This villa sits high on a hill and has panoramic views. Kitchen boasts high quality appliances so you can cook with ease while watching the boats sail by. 50"flat screen TV . Bedroom, takes up whole of downstairs including a beautiful bathroom and compact laundry. A very comfortable queen sized bed because we know how important this is. There is also a single bed which is just around the corner and has a room divider for extra privacy if you happen to be staying with a third person. Large balcony where you can feel a part of the ocean. There is a BBQ in the private court yard for quick and easy meals. You won't want to leave - apart from a dip in the ocean followed by a coffee and delicious organic food, or perhaps a stroll to Hillarys Marina. For those who love to exercise, there is a walkway and cycle way along the coast that goes on for kilometres both north and south. Truly beautiful. Surrounded by luxury homes. An excellent area. Bus stop is 50 metres away where you can catch bus directly to train station. From here you can travel into Perth, Fremantle or as far as Mandurah. Luxury without breaking the bank. Treat yourself.
