Tinyhouse with sea view at Fytema beach, Ikaria

Our Tiny House was built in 2019 from exclusively ecological material and has a very good insulation against heat. (For ecological reasons, we did not install an air conditioning system.) It is fully equipped and offers much space inside. (20 sq.m.) We used natural, modern style furniture. The Tiny House ist perfect for 2 persons. The additional bed in the living room is 1.75 m and nice for one child or short people not taller than 1.65 m. The new pergola gives shadow to the sitting place.

Rustic Stone cottage with a modern attachment located in the small village of Stavlos ,a 10 minute drive to the coast and to the mountains. Where you can live comfortably surrounded by pine trees , olive orchids and sea views.Modern kitchen and amenities.the house is equipped for 4 people ,though 2 can fit on the fold out couch. Our home is a great location to endure some peace and quite live -an escape from the crowds and major tourist areas yet close by if you wish to see the sights.

Frantato is right in the middle of Ikaria, so great to explore the island in all directions. You will need a car or a scooter to get around.

A stone house built in 1960, with elements from Ikaria of yesterday in combination with the one today! With a large old indoor courtyard that can be used as a dining area as well as a kitchen or living room. East and north of the yard you can take your coffee enjoying the view of the Aegean Sea and the sound of the river that will calm you. In the yard you can accommodate your pet.
