Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

A small three-storey house within the traditional Medieval settlement of Patrika, which is one of the Mastichochoria that produce the unique product of mastic. For this reason, internally it has the form of a castle village, built during the Genoese period. The house in which I invite you to stay is located in the center of the village, in picturesque streets. The settlement with few inhabitants offers, due to its prominent location, the opportunity to get to know many other places nearby.
