Good property, very quiet area, enought space for parking nearby to the property. Very nice yard. The new kitchen and facilities in it.

The house very beautiful. Thye view is absolutely amazing. The beach is just across the street. The restaurants and coffee shops are ten minutes walking along the beach. Filippos is a wonderful host. There is a personal BBQ, the kitchen is full of equipment - all you may need. Every sleeping room has it's own bathroom. There is nothing more than you can want. I highly recomment the place. Thank you Filippos for your kind hospitality.

Beautiful villa in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Overlooking the ocean with spectacular sunsets. 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach and further down a handful of excellent beach bars. Shirt 5 minute drive to Posidi town. Villa is so homely. Spacious and comfortable. Alfresco and backyard for entertaining and space for the kids. Vasiliki is a wonderful host, communicating clearly and proactively, helping when needed. We highly recommend this place.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

Unfortunately, the listing doesn't show that the listing shares the pool with a second listing. This was a bit surprising and unpleasant for us upon arrival. Otherwise very thoughtful place, nice pool. Great design. Dominiki and her family are great hosts.

We had a great stay! At the end of October, the season is over and there was hardly anything going on and much was already closed, which we found okay and enjoyed the peace and quiet very much. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures – modern, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is well equipped, even with basics such as oil and salt, which was very convenient. Iro is a fantastic host who cares a lot about cleanliness and comfort. She really made sure that we felt completely comfortable. Recommended!

An amazing place! Our children loved it too. The sea is close by even with a very small child. The appartment was fully equipped with everything you can think of. Alexa was our dj for the whole week :) Thank you, Andreas. You were a great host!

Had great time at this apartment. Instructions on how to get inside were clear. The place is clean and looks just like the photos. Apartment is located right at the center of Pefkochori, but because of its placement it’s still very quiet and relaxing. It takes you two-three minutes to get to the comfortable beach. Restaurants around are great and the guide that host gave us was helpful. Communication with host was easy, friendly, they responded quickly and with care. I would definitely recommend it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Oksana’s stunning apartment! Oksana has clearly thought of everything, making our vacation smooth and comfortable from start to finish. The place has all the amenities anyone could possibly need. Not to mention - a gorgeous sea view from a large and comfy balcony (a favourite spot for my family for 21 days). We had an excellent stay in the area for a wedding. The host was very responsive with recommendations and her parents were generous enough to give us a ride to our wedding and even picked us up after! The hospitality shown to us was incredible with food and water for us on arrival and great help navigating the surrounding area to find the best spots to do our desired activities. They went above and beyond anything we could have expected from an Air BnB host!

We spent a wonderful week with our 3 children in Nonda's apartment. The apartment is even nicer than in the photos, the amenities really very good. Since we were there at the end of October, we were completely alone on the beautiful beach. The sea water is magnificent and was still 23 degrees. It was really an unforgettable, wonderful stay for the whole family

My daughter and her family with 2 kids spent a wonderful little vacation at George's place. His hospitality was outstanding and very friendly, the appartment was very clean and comfortable, the garden with different seating-areas was well maintained and accessable. The nearby little bay and beach were easy to get too and nice for swimming. It was an allover very good experience and we recommand George as a host and his accomo 100%.

We stayed at Dimitris' place for 9 nights and our stay could not have been better. The location is great and we had a nice view of the sea from the terrace. Dimitris was very friendly and took care of things immediately when there were questions. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Super nice apartment in front of the sea. Everything was great and they even left some cake for the breakfast.
