Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kalamaki

Pur essendo situato in un quartiere molto vivo di notte, l’appartamento non è disturbato da rumori vista la posizione riparata dalla via principale. La casa è semplicemente stupenda. C’è un giardino antistante alla veranda che rende tutto ancora più gradevole. L’host Dionisis è molto cordiale e gentile. Ci ha portato il pane fresco più di una volta oltre a prodotti del suo orto. Ci è stato permesso anche di posticipare il checkout di qualche ora, il che non è scontato. Un’esperienza che ripeteremmo molto volentieri. Super consigliato!

Amazing property! Loved the architecture and design of the place - tasteful decor. Enjoyed our stay here basking in the sun by the pool. Spacious rooms with lots of storage space - bathroom in each room was a huge bonus. Overall loved everything about the property and the host was very friendly and helpful.

Dionysis was very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a lot of great recommendations and was there to meet us at check-in and check out! The neighboring town Alinkanas was the perfect speed for our trip. Not too busy but still some great dining and bars to pick from, very safe area

Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub bei Kyriakos und Christina. Die Familie war sehr herzlich und die Kommunikation bestens. Bei unserer späten Ankunft wurden wir mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken für ein Abendessen überrascht. Die schöne Wohnung mit der tollen Terrasse, dem herrlichen Pool und der beeindruckenden Aussicht auf die Olivenbäume und das Meer haben wir sehr genossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und alles war sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Christina und Kyriakos.

This vacation was genuinely one of the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had. The hosts are not just great hosts, they are truly amazing people. I am never the type of person to leave reviews, but the hospitality that my family and I received here was something I’ve never experienced. This will forever be the place I stay when visiting the island. It’s a rather private place, and within a 5 minute drive from the main strip. If I could leave a 10 star review I would.

This villa exceeded all our expectations, the comfort, tranquility, hospitality - incredible. We were made to feel welcome the moment we stepped in until the second we left, Sakis and his team did everything to make our stay perfect, nothing was too much trouble. Offering advice, helping book transfers and taxis, even a one to one lesson on how to make Greek coffee, Sakis was the friendliest host. Personal deliveries of pancakes and milkshakes for the children from his restaurant just next door made them feel like kings. Sakis helped us arrange a boat trip and advised which was the best value for money which was so helpful. Even though the restaurant is next door it was in no way an intrusion and we wasn’t disturbed. The food offered is lovely alongside a good choice of cocktails and a pool table - what more could you want? We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and we have recommend to family and friends. My advice? Don’t hesitate, just book, you won’t be disappointed.

Wij hebben 5 nachten doorgebracht in deze bungalow en we vonden het heerlijk. Met name de enorme tuin met meerdere zitjes en vrij uitzicht op de zee, op zeer korte afstand van een rustig strandje, zodat het bijna voelde als een privéstrand. Er komen regelmatig katten op bezoek in de tuin, die aanhankelijk zijn, maar als je niet van katten houdt is dit wellicht niet de ideale plek voor je ;) Op loopafstand van het centrum, waar meerdere supermarkten, restaurants, rentals etc aanwezig zijn. Voor ons was het centrum niet the place to be (erg toeristisch), maar afgezien van je boodschappen hoef je daar ook niet te komen. Wij hadden gehoopt fietsen te kunnen huren, maar dit bleek lastiger dan gedacht. Uiteindelijk hebben we met een scooter een hoop gezien. In een mum van tijd ben je uit de drukte en da's echt de moeite! Dionysia was behulpzaam met het regelen van een taxi van en naar het appartement. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Een aanrader voor mensen die van rust en groen houden!

Don't look any further - this place is wonderful! Peaceful, a beautiful view, a few minutes away by car from lovely village with tavernas and shops but also beautiful beaches, and a supermarket less than 1 minute away. Comfortable beds, everything you need and a fantastic porch with incredible views over the Mediterranean sea, adorable cats around. Antonios was so kind, helpful and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again and could not recommend it more!

Avgeris en Lily zijn zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk. Ze stonden de eerste avond op ons te wachten bij de parkeerplaats, wat fijn was, want we kwamen 's avonds aan. Het huis is netjes en alles is aanwezig. Je hebt vanaf het balkon prachtig uitzicht over de baai. Wij hebben gezwommen op het strandje vlakbij het appartement. Ik heb wel een huiskamer gemist, maar dat komt wellicht ook doordat mijn tienerdochter en tienerzoon veel op hun eigen bed vertoefde. In de keuken, voor op het terras en op het balkon heb je wel genoeg plek om bij elkaar te zitten. Om de dag wordt het huis schoongemaakt. Een luxe. Ook mochten wij ons overige boodschappen achterlaten, zodat er niets weggegooid hoefde te worden. Op loopafstand is er een eetgelegenheid. Via Lily en Avgeris kun je bij een familiebedrijf in het dorp een auto huren. Die de auto op het vliegveld zet. Wij hebben een fantastische week gehad op Zakynthos.

We had such a great time at this Airbnb in Zakynthos! The place was super clean and even had a cleaning service come by during our stay – which was a nice touch. The location is perfect – really central and close to restaurants, beaches, and all the main sights. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with some water and a snack (so thoughtful!) and gave us lots of great tips for places to eat and things to see around the island. We felt completely at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and Spyros is a standout host - extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The place is fantastic with a beautiful balcony that has a sea and Mountain View and hammock. The apartment is private and quiet but in the center of town, two blocks off the Main Street and four blocks from the harbor. The kitchen is well appointed and the bed is very comfortable. I love this place and recommend it!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich traumhaft, alles ist super sauber und genau so wie beschrieben gewesen. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich traumhaft und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Ein einziges Manko ist es, dass man „Nachbarn“ in der Ferienwohnung nebenan durchaus laut hört wenn diese spät noch aktiv sind. Dafür kann der Host aber natürlich nichts und die Unterkunft selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert !

Veneranda & Dimitris sono due persone splendide che ci hanno aiutato in tutti i frangenti in cui avevamo bisogno. Siamo stati 10 giorni in questo appartamento, con nostro figlio di quasi due anni. La spiaggia dove nidificano le tartarughe è a 10 minuti a piedi, mentre a pochi passi dalla casa c’è un supermercato e la via principale; nonostante questo, la confusione notturna ( come è giusto che sia d’estate) non ci ha minimamente disturbato. La casa ha un bellissimo spazio all’aperto, dove abbiamo alcune volte pranzato e cenato, e l’interno esattamente come da foto. Ringrazio ancora Veneranda e Dimitris per la loro cordialità, simpatia e gentilezza.

位置不在热门区域但是安静，附近有海滩很适合轻松度假。takis人很好，为我们提供了很详细的旅游说明，唯一一点不足是网络不是一直顺畅，但是总体来说很值得推荐

Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen und man fühlt sich dort wirklich wohl ! Ein toller Blick aufs Meer und alles dort was man braucht. Alle super nett und zuvorkommend und es wird sogar geputzt in der Woche wo man dort ist. Man kann in die Stadt Zakynthos zu Fuß laufen und nur einmal eine kleine Straße überqueren und ist direkt am Meer. Super schön!

This is a great place to spend a few nights. We could've stayed there at least a week. We were excited to stay there considering we wanted to use our car less and walk in town (parking can be hard). Everyday we found a lot of parking spaces close to the appartment around 5pm (we were there in may, maybe different in prime summer). We could walk to town, every cafe, restaurant we wanted. It is one of the closest appartement to the "big boat" port for sure and a 20 min walk to the "main port". A/c was great, bathroom was very confortable and the underlights used throughout the place were great at night. Some things to note for: - A lot of stairs in order to go up to the appartement, not an issue for us - A lot of cats in the area so make sure you close the complex's door behind you - A great little market / corner store right downstairs, useful for drinks / beer / snacks - Some people noted the place as noisy but it was never during our stay. Maybe a few boat horns as they departure.

Had a fantastic stay at Sofita Sea View Apartment, on the main Street of Argassi which was fab as we could walk to all the restaurants and shops etc. But was still at a more peaceful and quiet end of the street. Windows do a good job at keeping noise out. Place was clean and beautiful with everything you need. Host was great at communicating and very friendly, she also messaged to check in half way through to ask how our stay was going. I would definitely come back!

Spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Fotini was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Ich war mit einer Freundin in Sterre of the Sea. Wunderbar ruhige, gemütliche und großzügige Wohnung mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern. Allerdings geht nur eines Richtung Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Matratzen waren recht dünn, aber wer keine Rückenprobleme hat, kommt gut klar. Wir waren eine Woche da und zwischendurch wurde nochmal geputzt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt - das war ganz prima! Das Fliegengitter in den Fenstern ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir hatten mit Mücken kein Problem. Wer die Insel kennenlernen möchte und ein Auto hat, für den ist die Lage super. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We were three girls visiting from Canada, and staying at this Airbnb in Zakynthos was truly one of the best parts of our trip! The space was super homey — cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to feel completely comfortable for the entire week. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. When we had a small issue with one of the door locks, they were at the house within minutes to fix it — seriously the fastest and kindest response we’ve ever experienced while traveling. They checked in on us regularly (in the sweetest, non-intrusive way) and were always quick to respond with helpful answers whenever we had questions about the place or the area. They even surprised us with little treats during our stay, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel even more at home. Mid-week, they arranged for a housekeeping crew to come by and freshen up the space, which we really appreciated. It was such a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Dionisis was a great host for me. welcomed me on arrival, this is always a nice thing. the view you wake up to money just can't buy. it's a perfect location if you want to relax and only a 5 min walk to all the shops, hire companies and amazing restaurants.
