Holiday rentals with a patio in Kaikōura

The place was very clean with an amazing location, Poppy was very friendly and helpful especially with the kids. The place was very clean and exceeded expectations. Will be returning if I ever stay in Kaikoura again.

Great location, with a great view of the mountains. Very spacious and comfortable room. Spacious bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower. About a 15 minute drive to see the fur seal colonies on the peninsula. Quiet, lovely to hear the birds in the morning. Wish we had stayed here in Kaikoura for a few more days.

A lovely new apartment two minutes walk from the seafront and ten minutes walk from the main shopping area, with a wonderful view of the mountains from the balcony. We had a very nice couple of nights there. Everything was as described. Caitlin was very easy to communicate with and she was very flexible with us as we changed our plans at the last minute, which we really appreciated. Definitely a great place to stay in the middle of Kaikoura. The only small negative was having to take our own trash and recycling to the collection centre when we departed. The centre is out of town, and we had to pay to drop it off there. Thought this is something that the cleaner could have taken care of and it delayed our departure, having to go and find it. Other than that, a great stay.

We had a great second stay! The place was just as lovely and comfortable as we remembered. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing visit. The only small suggestion would be to add a chair or console table in the first room—it would be handy for placing clothes or bags. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounds. The view of the mountains was stunning. Very clean and comfortable. The property has everything you need. Just a short stroll to the beach. Only a short drive into Kaikoura. I highly recommend this property and the hosts were friendly and responsive.

Jennifer's place home away home. Felt so comfortable away from home. Each and every thing, she has given importance for the comfort of residents. One need not worry about any thing. She is a wonderful host, waited for us to reach the place and given all the information needed for us and left. She has maintained that place so neat and comfy. We would love to return to Kaikura and stay in Jennifer's place and also recommend this place for every one. Home away home. Wonderful break fast with lots of variety and no one is left out in that spread. She has even taken care of small details for us, when we reached so late. Our stay was perfect! The house was a great size for all of our family. Beds were very comfy and the furnishings were immaculate. Host was very accommodating to our needs and had great communication. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay in Kaikōura! Steps from the beach and Esplanade. Night sky was amazing; we could see everything there is to see. Comfy place with a kitchen, which was great to have. The host was very friendly and helpful when we had to check in late, leaving on the light and heat for us. The shower is not the best for tall folks, but plenty of hot water! Overall a fantastic option and we'd definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

Jo and Rod's place is very cosy and homely. The house is beautiful with a huge garden and the view is beautiful. Besides, they are also very friendly and kind to tell us what to do around the area.

I have been using Airbnb for 8 years, and Peter and Tuti’s home is the best experience I have ever had—one I will probably remember forever. There are so many highlights about the place: the rooms are super clean, tidy, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and carefully maintained. Tuti is a chef herself, so you will enjoy top-class kitchenware along with fresh eggs and milk from their farm. The wooden furniture adds a lovely touch, and the mattress is very comfortable. Peter is very responsive and always replies to messages within seconds in a helpful way. In a nutshell, Peter and Tuti love their home, and they prepare it for guests with so much heart—you can truly feel it in every detail. We had a lovely chat with Peter and Tuti on the day of our departure, they are such warm and amiable people. I genuinely believe everyone will enjoy and love this place as much as we did!

Hi Tim, your place was perfect for our group. the only let down was the BBQ the burners have corroded out. other that that we had a great time. would have no hesitation to recommend
