We went with our family for a 2 day trip to kotagiri. And we were looking for a cozy stay because we had elderly and kids with us. Anup’s property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. And hospitality was top notch.

The place had an awesome vibe and the rains during our stay added to the allure -The rooms were nice and spacious and neatly maintained and the toilet etc. were spotless. What takes the icing on the cake was Satyaraj's culinary skills as he whipped up tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner which gave a completely homely vibe. Geeta devi ensured the home was kept clean at all times. The place is definitely worth a revisit with family & friends

Waking up to the serene, green vistas each morning was a dream come true. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, easily comparable to a 5-star hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and offered all the modern amenities one could wish for. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort was evident throughout the property. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their local knowledge and recommendations made our trip even more special. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with top-notch service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended

The stay at the villa was a unique colonial experience and this kicked in the moment we checked in. The rooms were huge and were tastefully decorated with period furniture reflecting the tastes of Rupali. Each piece reflected the warmth of the place and in sync was its experience that we were seeking. On a lighter vein searching for one another gave us 1k steps. The breakfast arrived piping hot and was very tasty. If there is one thing that we would like to improve is to add a cooking facility like an induction cooker or gas stove and also maybe put in a place for the drivers to board in for the night. All in all this has left us with a yearning and we will be back for sure

I've been using Airbnb for seven years, and I can honestly say I've had the best experience so far! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and the food was amazing. Located in the heart of the tea estate, I loved the peaceful walks and runs I could take in the neighborhood. The host provided excellent food, and the charming town of Kotagiri is just a short ten-minute drive away, offering even more culinary options. The road connectivity was excellent, and the overall stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again in the future.

We were thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the care that's clearly been taken to create a welcoming atmosphere. Our host was super responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. A special mention to Elsy, the caretaker, who was an absolute delight to interact with! Always available on just a call, she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. And the food? Absolutely delicious! We were treated to some amazing meals, which really added to the overall experience. Overall, we can't recommend this property highly enough!
