Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kadumi

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful holiday home in the wonderful town of Bale. The old town house has been tastefully and high-quality modernized, is sparkling clean and comfortable. Communication with Christine and on site with Iva was very pleasant and helpful. In short: a great holiday home that we can recommend without reservation.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Our first holiday in Croatia took us to Medulin. We stayed 3 nights with Ivo and Sonja. The location is wonderful in the 2nd row with a view of the bay and the anchored sailboats. The constantly growing district is a 5-minute walk from the port and centre. You don't need a vehicle for dinner. We rented a scooter and explored the surroundings, beaches and villages. Pula can be reached in 10 minutes. What was special for us was that we slept really well every night. The apartment is modern and generously laid out. Wonderful for two with a large balcony.

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

We highly recommend the place! Great location, with sea view, beach and close to the city. Sheri and her mother Dolores are very lovely hosts and we felt at home! We even received a small gift from Dolores on departure. The apartment is very clean and quiet. 5 out of 5 stars!! We will definitely be back!

Staying at Moria's was a bullseye. First of all, a beautiful view from the windows to the bay and nearby beaches, secondly, a great location - on the one hand, literally 50m to the beach and on the other 100m to the shopping centre with a supermarket, a place for coffee and a delicious pizzeria, thirdly, still quite close to the old town - about 3.5-4km. A flat without luxuries but very clean. Just outside the house, there is free parking along the street - although we have always managed to find a free space. One more thing, although unfortunately rare, and a pity, because sometimes it is a godsend - a bottle of cold water was waiting for us in the fridge! Moria herself was very kind and open, welcomed us and explained the nearest surroundings. Moria, thank you again for the unforgettable stay. See you!

We really enjoyed our stay in Poreč! The place was super clean and in a great location—really close to the old town, beaches, and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. It was awesome having bikes to use, which made exploring the area so easy and fun. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay for two nights and three days. We took advantage of the bikes and rode all over. The building itself is not the greatest but the apartment is very nice. I read from another guest about the shower not having a holder; I figured a way to remedy it using a hanger. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Rovinj!

Massive massive thank you to Marino who treated us like his own guests, ensured we knew where to go and what to do. Even picked us up from the airport (can't expect him to do this every time but it goes to show his friendliness). Thanks for everything Marino and you made this trip special for us.

Our stay was great. Klaudia has been very kind since booking, giving us useful directions. She was available to greet us upon arrival with only 1 hour notice. The apartment was clean, tidy and modern. Also very spacious and equipped with every comfort. Due to its location it is very relaxing and calming with views onto the sea from the terrace.

Very nice place, bright and clean. Since the dining room is on the beautiful balcony, the guests of the neighboring apartment have to walk past the dining table if they want to go to their apartment, but you get used to it quickly. On foot you are very quickly in the old town of Poreč and on the beach😃just ideal!

The location, the place, the amenities, communication - EVERYTHING was perfect. Clean, comfortable, and Dani is the best host! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

It was beautiful! In the middle of nature and yet by bike in 10 minutes in the city and in 5 minutes on the beach. The accommodation is super cozy and Toni and Nina are very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back 😊

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. In short, GREAT!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

We were guests of Sara in Pula (Valkane) from 19 to 25 May 2025 and had a wonderful stay! Sara is a warm, open host who speaks fluent Italian and English. We had apartment 1, a very clean, lovingly furnished apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, two air conditioners and a small balcony. Everything was super well maintained, the toilet and the entire apartment sparkling clean. The view of the sea was fantastic! The location is quiet, with a beautiful garden and even fresh fruit – at the same time, everything you need (supermarket, beach, old town) is quickly accessible. Sara explained everything to us in detail and was very helpful throughout the stay. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended!
