Townhouse holiday rentals in Kadıköy

Our group enjoyed staying in the Taksim neighborhood! The apartments were clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay in Istanbul. The host helped with private transport and was always friendly.

Cute house in colourful neighbourhood, walking distance to tram. Our family of four enjoyed 3 nights here. House was clean and warm with easy check in. Host even had bread, milk and eggs in store for us on arrival which was appreciated after our long overnight journey. (Supermarket only 5 mins walk thereafter). 15 minute walk (steep hill) to tram then easy access within city. We loved the neighbourhood of Balat, the colourful houses give the area real character. Wish we had a longer stay, lots to see and do in city. If we return we would definitely book same property and would recommend to others. Thanks Ozkan!

At first, I was a little disappointed because the room is smaller than it appears due to the wide-angle recording in the advertisement. But that was quickly forgotten because the room is still cozy and clean, Filiz incredibly nice and helpful, the area very quiet and yet close to great restaurants and the highlights of historic Istanbul. We felt very welcome and if we travel to Istanbul again, we would definitely ask Filiz again.

Our extended family stayed for a week at Ozkans house Ozkan was very responsive to guide our taxi drive through the original cobble stone lanes. it is an original house dating back to the Otterman era, the house had everything we needed, lots of books washing .machine, well equipped kitchen. The main bed was a bit lumpy but strangely comfortable, downstairs double was ok, the single mattress wasn't so good. The house is halfway up the hill from the tourist area, lots of Cafes etc. Where the houses is,the area hasn't been gentrified. Was a little concerned when we arrived, Taxi driver wasn't enthusiastic about the area. However we found the area safe. friendly. We were a party of 3 women. and 1 man. Plenty of nearby small shops to buy groceries etc. The tram, bus and ferry station are 5/ 10 minute walk away, so very convenient to get to the Istanbull centre, Taksim or 30 minute walk. It was a very interesting enjoyable stay. Ozkan was a very responsive and generous host

Great location and price. Townhouse on 3 floors. Unable to take advantage of roof terrace sitting area due to weather ( start of April). 1 min walk to the blue mosque and Haghia Sophia. Transport arranged by host which was prompt and efficient. Fully kitted out kitchen and with sitting area. All over great experience.

Our recent stay at this Airbnb in Turkey was truly amazing! The location was super convenient—everywhere we wanted to go was just a short taxi ride away. Plus, taxis had no trouble finding the place, which made getting around a breeze. The house itself was spotless! You could tell the host took our request for cleanliness seriously. The place smelled fresh and looked immaculate. The host even provided extra towels, tissues, and bed sheets without any hesitation. The layout of the Airbnb was fantastic: three floors, each with its own bed and bathroom. This setup was perfect for our family, and it would be ideal for multiple families traveling together. The privacy and convenience were top-notch. The ground floor had a billiard table, which was a huge hit with the kids (and the adults!). It was such a fun feature and gave the kids a great place to hang out while the adults relaxed. Finally, the host was incredibly accommodating. Great house for a large company! But keep in mind that the street under it's windows is very noisy on the weekend)

The Blue House in Balat was absolutely beautiful—cozy, full of charm, and just perfect for our stay. The neighborhood itself is vibrant and alive with energy, color, and history around every corner. The place was very warm and welcoming. It was both clean, central, and affordable. It was the best airbnb I've ever had.

A three-story mini mansion with an internal staircase, featuring a stunning design and decor. It offers a historical atmosphere where you can fully experience the local life of Istanbul. Right next to the house, there’s a traditional Turkish market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables. The house has three modern bathrooms in total, with three toilets and two showers. The area is surrounded by many historic churches and mosques, and it’s one of the most mysterious parts of the Fatih district. In addition, you can reach Sultanahmet and the Grand Bazaar in just 10 minutes by tram, this neighborhood remains one of Istanbul’s hidden gems. It was truly an amazing experience!

Great location. Overall super worth the price for a group of 13 people. Only issue is all the constructions going on around the apartment, it can get very loud in the mornings. Also, the first floor bathroom is not super comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous and in a perfect location. Merve was fantastic and we really appreciated her tips on where to go in the area and travel to and from the airport. Thank you so much and we look forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful, spacious house in a nice area of Istanbul. The ferry gets you to the center easily. We had an excellent stay!

You can’t beat the location, it’s easy to walk to everything and close to the train if you need to go away from the main areas. Great restaurants close by. It’s 4 different levels, so we had my older parents on the ground floor.
