Comfortable, Clean and New House.

How about staying in Kadıköy, the most favourite district of Istanbul? Just a 10-minute walk from the seafront, you can enjoy Turkish cuisine and fresh seafood in the historical bazaar. Metro, ferry and airport buses are only 5 minutes walk away. Kadıköy bars street is 200 metres away. I am waiting for you for a pleasant Istanbul holiday in a comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. My house has a tourist rental permit from the Ministry of Tourism in accordance with local laws.

Before each reservation, our apartment is cleaned by a professional cleaning company and clean towels, bed linen are provided. **UPDATE: We now also have an air conditioner in the bedroom. So currently, there are a total of 2 air conditioners in our home.
