Truly a A+ location – close to upscale hotels with restaurants and (rooftop) bars. Just a 5-minute walk to Galataport, where you can enjoy great food and shopping. Taxis are easily available within minutes. At the end of the street where the hotel is located (about a 15–25 minute walk), you’ll find the Galata Bridge, which connects the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. Galata Tower and Taksim Square are also nearby. Honestly, a perfect spot!

Ece was an exceptional host, and our stay in her place was fantastic! The apartment was conveniently located in a vibrant and secure neighborhood of Kadikoy, with plenty of great restaurants and nightlife options within walking distance. Ece was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to experience the lively side of Istanbul!

Check in was easy. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. In addition, the location is great, relatively central and surrounded by hotspots. The landlord is very accommodating, just as it should be. Overall, an absolute recommendation. You can't go wrong booking the apartment here.

As mentioned, the stairs were a bit tiring. But I can't say it was too much. Other than that, the accommodation was very good. It has two wonderful views, one in the morning and one in the evening. It was a house with many places to go for fun in the evenings and a perfect location for a walk by the sea. The host was quick to respond to our questions and helpful. If I were to stay in Istanbul again, it would be my first choice. I would definitely recommend it

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

The area you are in consists of 4 sections. There are 1 2+1 and 3 1+1 suites side by side. In general, even if they are close to each other, it is quiet and peaceful. The interior of the house is exactly as it appears. Free parking is available.

Mr. Fatih was extremely helpful in transportation and accommodation. My entry to the apartment was very comfortable and smooth. The house was clean and had a wonderful view as seen in the pictures. Thank you for your hospitality. It will be one of my first choices for my future stays.

I highly recommend it. It's a very nice view and a very nice house, everything was clean and beautiful, the kitchen appliances, etc. were nice and clean, only the pans were underlined, but the wooden spoon solved the problem:) Apart from that, everything was very nice, the jacuzzi and the view were incredible.

Mr. Murat was a very nice hostess. She was friendly,kind, and welcoming. He also gave advice about the island. Great location in a central location. We received a clean home and had tools and equipment to meet all our needs. The garden was very well maintained and enjoyable. Obviously everything was perfect. It was nice stay. The room is comfortable and there's everything you need for short stay. The area was fine but it's important to notice you have to take a walk up by multiple stairs to supermarket or Taksim square. All public transport is super near as also Galataport where you find shops, cafes and restaurants. The host was super proactive and helpful
