If you’re looking for a place that feels like home (but maybe even better), Serenade is it! The cottage is beautiful, peaceful, and cozy—but what truly made our stay special was Shahnawaz. His unmatched hospitality made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. He went out of his way to ensure my elderly parents were comfortable, which meant so much to us. He’s also great company—we loved our chats over tea, the barbecue he set up, and our morning walks! He even joined me for runs, showing me the most stunning spots, from the serene Jhelum River to breathtaking mountain views. Some days, I didn’t even feel like going out—just staying at Serenade was perfect. Oh, and if you’re up for a game of TT, just know that Shahnawaz is brilliant—and he knows it! Highly recommend for anyone looking for warmth, comfort, and an incredible host. Can’t wait to be back!

A nice cosy room, equipped with heaters, small well stocked kitchen which was a big boon as we could make tea, coffee, toast, noodles or whatever else we are in the mood for. The bed was adequate for the three of us with colourful blankets, pillows etc. There is a mini library above the bed. We had several interesting interactions and conversations with Mujtaba and his family. They provided us with a cloths dryer when we asked for it as well as other small things that we needed. Driver recommended by Mujtaba took us to the major places and also handled the people who conducted various activities such as pony rides, giving us a fair deal every time. He also dropped us at the airport very early in the morning on our last day. We had a very enjoyable and fulfilling stay.

Surely one sort of a place which is way much better than described here... tht beautiful ambience is something to crave for❤️ I remember Aarsh being out of d nation for a work but he still was keeping updates on our comforts through social channel which...he was completely available fr everything we needed... We also had a fantastic person at d property Irfan Uncle who literally took care of us n provided the homely comfort we required n he also stood up for whatever we wanted...all we had to do was juzz to make a call and things would happen in no second surely recommended..😃😃

Easily one of the best stays ever! The hosts were so warm and kind, they really took care of me but Aunty’s food was Unreal! Her kahwa was perfect and those aloo parathas Straight-up legendary with Almond chutney and just when I started craving some South Indian food, she just provided me some killer dishes which were kashmiri and south Indian at the same time so Yum! The room had everything I needed—fast WiFi, a heater, hot water, and a clean bathroom. The blankets were warm and cozy the room had a good view looking the mountains. But honestly, what made it special was just how sweet and caring the hosts were. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!
