Holiday rentals with beach access in Kaanapali

Our stay in Kihei was great! Anke’s place was very cute and comfortable with a perfect view from the lanai. All communication was professional and reliable 💕

Great clean place with a very nice view of the ocean from the bed. The place was in a great location with tons to do all around. The door code was super nice because we didn’t need to worry about losing a key or anything. The room comes with everything you need and even more. Was very pleased and had a wonderful time in Maui :)

Beautiful location, can't wait to stay again! Walking distance to the beach and to restaurants was fantastic. Everyone was very responsive and helpful when we messaged with questions. The location was perfect for being able explore the whole island and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We came here for our 20th anniversary. The views and beach are unparalleled. It is a more private setting and not walkable to downtown Kihei. This was perfect for us because we just wanted a chill place to be. It is still very accessible to the entire island and Kihei is really easy to get to. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to Maui!

Great location with lovely views of the ocean and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets every evening from the lanai! Daily turtle sightings and conveniently located near several wonderful beaches. I was impressed with the outside view - the view matched description perfectly. The host is very responsive. We could get the A/C to work in the living room since as there are special instructions to follow but the host took the time to respond back to us at late hour and immediately scheduled a maintenance crew to inspect the very next day. There aren’t many food options walking distance (more or less 30min), but we had a car so everything worked out great! Otherwise no problems at checking in or finding the place. Highly recommend!

Being really sick in Maui is no fun. Being directly across from a beautiful beach was the saving grace! The home was very inviting and well-appointed. The extras, such as beach chairs, was very helpful. Having an in-place washer and dryer was very nice. While we didn't see much of Maui (thankfully, this wasnt our first trip), having a comfortable to rest was very welcomed. Great hosts; highly recommend a stay here.

It was a great home. It was in a central location to get to all the places we wanted to visit. We loved to just walk around the area, great food, great shopping nearby!!

This home is extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Kitchen tools, speaker to play music, beach gear and towels, it's all there. The house has a beautiful garden and it's a quiet neighborhood. Cassie is very responsive and flexible. She gave us some great recommendations in the area. The location of the house is very convenient, centrally located on the island. Beds are comfortable and so is the living room. If we come back to Maui we will stay here again!

We had an amazing time. Amy & Jay were extremely responsive and the property was immaculate. Our family of 5 had everything we needed to be comfortable, enjoy the beach and be within 15 minutes of anything on the west side of Maui. We plan on returning soon!

Scott was a helpful and very friendly host. He gave us a ton of tips and guides on what to do in Maui. His place is so close to the beach that it is highly recommended to walk to the beach early in the morning, around 6am, to get the most out of his location. His place was spotless and clean, with no issues. He has all the kitchen items you needed if you wanted to make a quick breakfast before heading out to the road to Hana, or to the national park! He is such a great host and I will be going back to him when I visit Maui again in the near future. As always, please start your mornings early! Around 6/7am the latest, because Maui is incredible during the early mornings. Scott has a ton of recommendations so he will help you with any advice that you need to really make the most out of your Maui trip. 5/5 stars for Scott and for Scott’s Airbnb. This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had a wonderful stay at Maui Paradise Properties! The location is unbeatable and the space is well-lit, roomy, and well-decorated. I loved the open space kitchen and patio. We will definitely come back to Maui Paradise Properties on our next visit!

We, a small family, recently stayed in Kaanapali Maui and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with all the essentials — from kitchenware including a blender and all of the beach necessities. After going around the island and picking up some fresh fruit, it was a nice afternoon treat to be able to make our own smoothies! Highly recommend it. The view from the lanai (balcony) was absolutely stunning. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean, and in the evenings we were treated to the most spectacular sunsets. The sound of the waves crashing was the perfect background to a truly relaxing vacation. The location was ideal just a short walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. We loved being close to snorkeling spots and whale watching opportunities. The complex also had a pool, hot tub, and BBQ grill

Beautiful place, easy to get around, great beaches and park in the area, local restaurant and market. Big shopping mall with great restaurants, live music. We do glad we choose this place. Thank you Midway❤️

Great stay, highly recommend. It is probably the best stocked airbnb I’ve ever been to. Anything you need for the beach, for snorkeling, a crib for your baby, aloe for when you get a sunburn, spinning bike to work out…It’s all there! The lanai was especially helpful for keeping twin toddlers contained. Also, amazing sunset view! The only thing to note is that the pool area is a little small and in the parking lot behind the building - if you want to spend a lot of your vacation lounging by the pool, this could be a detractor. Other than that, food trucks are right behind the building and the grocery store is down the street. Very convenient!

Easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful location, clean, and they provided everything from boogie boards to beach umbrellas to sand toys for the little ones. Everything was so welcoming about this. And the location is unbelievable. Absolute paradise. They really made you feel right a home. Hoping to visit again. Thank you for everything!

We loved our little Maui oasis. The view from the balcony was amazing. I found myself just sitting still and relaxing with the views which is normally hard for me to do because I'm a busy body traveler. Highly recommend Sandy's place. I will book again for future trips.

We visit Maui every year and have found this property to be superb! This was our first time booking through Hawaiin Properties and they absolutely did not disappoint! The condo is beautiful and fully equipped with anything and everything you need for an amazing stay. Whether staying in, spending time in the pool or hanging out at the beach they have you covered! My husband and I will definitely be booking again for next year!

What an incredible location in Kahana! This corner unit condo at Valley Isle Resort sits right on top of the water. Every morning, I sat on the balcony drinking my coffee and watching the sea turtles directly below float in the water. I also saw multiple whales (sadly it wasn't until we were packing up did I find the binoculars on the tv stand). The condo also had direct access to the beach. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, laundry in the unit, and beach essentials (chairs, towels, cooler) were available.

Great place to spend a week. Everything needed from restaurants, grocery, shopping and activities are close. Have stayed in the location. before, although in a different room, and the location is great. Easy access to beach, pool and amenities. Would definitely book with Bob again.

Our stay at Keri’s was fantastic in every respect. The place itself is in great condition, it has every amenity for a stay of any length, the view is breathtaking, and the location is within a 5 minute drive of some of the best eats on the island. Keri herself was an incredible host. She was proactive in helping us to understand the unit as well as everything about the island; and she was flexible with our checkout process when we were in need of a little extra time. Wonderful stay!
