We had an amazing weekend, the house is extremely cozy, functional, well-equipped. Everything was perfect and I dare say it's the best house I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Renata and Ricardo were extremely kind, super attentive and promptly helped us with everything we needed. I spent an unforgettable birthday with my friends. The pool is amazing and the fireplace at night was the attraction! I highly recommend it!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

The weekend to keep in memory, what an incredible stay… at dusk and dusk, we will keep beautiful images in the memory. The building has an incredible energy, every detail, the views, the luminosity, the nature, the history… I went to a wedding and now it has become a goal to return another weekend from mine to there! Fantastic house. Structured and very safe because it is in a gated community. Great location, comfort and very complete. We were very well received at check-in and had a wonderful time. We will definitely return. Rodrigo was very flexible and proactive. We are very satisfied.

The house is even more beautiful in person! Livia, who made all the contact with me, is super helpful and responds quickly! I found it easy to access, the view is beautiful, the space is comfortable and cozy!!! I would come back 1000 times!!! :)

The house is exactly as in the photos, comfortable, spacious, no neighbours, a beautiful view of nature from all the balconies, where we could relax in the hammock. I went with my husband and my mother-in-law and Moacir was very solicitous and kind in making our check-in more flexible so we could leave early on Sunday. The condominium is very quiet and peaceful, with access by 2km of dirt road, which was very quiet. The heated pool was a plus, but we weren't "lucky": we had 3 days of sun, but temperatures between 23 and 25 degrees, which didn't make the pool as warm as other reviews mention, it just "broke the ice" of the water, and so we couldn't use it much. We intend to return in the summer to enjoy it more... maybe it's because the sun in the autumn season that we went, it doesn't get very warm, and soon at 3 pm the pool is in the shade of the trees. But the experience and the days of peace and quiet were well worth it.

The Stadia was wonderful! The place is simply amazing. Cercada de Área Verde, the house is super spacious and cozy. Good barbecue areas, games, swimming pool and field. We were in a group of 10 adults and children during the carnival and they were all very well accommodated. The whole space is pretty cool and worth it! Incredible days in this house.

Very nice and quiet place. Very spacious and with several rooms to enjoy. Very organized and with many kitchen and bathroom accessories to accommodate a lot of people. Very attentive administrator and owners.

A charming space!! I and my fiancé spent the pre-city wedding weekend with our college friends and were surprised by a surprise wedding ceremony for them, and the house was perfect for the occasion. The view of the home is breathtaking, a vast green area that conveys a lot of tranquility and peace. The house was impeccable, very well-equipped, just as the ad describes, a 5-star hotel experience, had a hairdryer in all the suites, we don't need to worry about water and charcoal for barbecue, you could see that the owners thought of all the needs that may arise. And there was no boredom! It has a lagoon for early walking, has piano in the house, there is the beach court that we enjoy a lot!! Since the reservation, communication with Giovana (Henry's wife) was very easy and fluid and we were very well received by the housekeeper. I highly recommend this wonderful experience

Everything excellent, Maria was flexible with the schedules, the farm is very cozy, the homemade is very good and helpful people. It was a fantastic weekend and I'd be back for sure. Just an obs, is that the Airbnb number is different from the actual number, a suggestion for Maria to change.

A paradise in Itatiba!! The house is a charm, simple and cozy, with leisure options for children and being able to create affective memories! It is worth hosting calmly to walk the farm, take beautiful photos, know the family history and buy fresh organic produce! For those who relax, highly recommend!!

A place to feel at home, we were well served, the space is great for family, dogs .. household utensils all in perfect condition, household appliances all very good .. we took the dogs, they were super well with the space.. fantastic leisure, great location!

We had a great stay, great space, organization and great communication with the host. The only comment is related to the bathrooms, since only 1 bathroom has a shower for bath and low water flow, as well as we had problems with the functioning of the toilets.
