The house is exactly like in the pictures. The leisure area (swimming pool, barbecue, sand court, etc.) is really the difference of the house. Beautiful and modern leisure area. The house where the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, etc are older, but it is well maintained, clean and has all the necessary utensils. We did the New Year dinner and there was absolutely nothing missing. The whole family loved it!!!!!

Mauro was an above-average host... More than 15 years ago, my family and I rented listings for the end and the beginning of the year and undoubtedly he was one of the best if not the best host. The house is even more special than the pictures show, having a high right foot, plenty of space, airy, surrounded by a very tasty balcony. The weather helped, we had 7 days without a drop of rain and we were able to enjoy all the amenities of the space, pool, barbecue, kitchen and its utensils. We do not have to take practically anything from home: a very complete kitchen, fans in every room and in the area of the barbecue. I definitely recommend the space and if we can we will be back for sure.

The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the listing, a location for those who want perfect peace and quiet. Erica is responsible for the days in the house, very attentive and helpful. We received all the instructions from the region such as commerce, transportation and others from Emerson. Very good stay.

Regina's place is a dream. The decoration a show apart . Every day I saw something I hadn't seen from so many details in the decoration. A nice place in a wonderful condo close to everything ! Anyway … it would come back for sure.

Simone's place is simply impeccable, perfect. Extremely clean and organized, everything works well, fireplace, sauna, jacuzzi,the house is very well equipped, in the photos it already has an idea, but it is much better in person. The peace that this place offers is surreal, we will definitely return. Simone, even out of the country, made a point of staying in touch until we arrived and settled in, very dear. We have the help of Ana, it was essential for our stay to be even better, Ana is super efficient, helpful and very discreet.

It was a perfect stay for us and our Pets! A peace the place, safe without having to worry and a very quiet and familiar place! Very well organized and clean space! It has all the kitchen items, there is nothing missing to prepare our meals. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

My family and I had a great New Year's at Maíra's house. We found it at the last minute on Airbnb, we didn't visit as I usually do and we were positively surprised by the place, beautiful place, well decorated, great rooms, furniture, complete and extremely clean utensils as well as the cleanliness of the entire house. The property is very well taken care of, has new and quality items for guests' comfort and well-being, especially the complete bed, table and bath linen. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The internet signal is great on every property, including to support 2 TVs with access to multiple streaming platforms. The swimming pool is a show apart… air-conditioned, clean and with a view to the environmental reserve. We even had access to the orchard where we could harvest mangoes, blackberries and guava. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Cantinhos, very well cared garden, has a pond with carp, exactly the little piece of heaven. The house is wonderful! It is super spacious with large rooms and very organized. The beds were clean and smelly, we loved it!
