The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

Quiet 280 m2 house, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. On the ground floor, a 40 m2 kitchen with a large table. You will find everything you need to cook. An entrance that serves as a small living room (20 m2) with a club chair and small sofa, then after 3 steps you enter the large living room which is 80 m2. 1 toilet and a back kitchen. 2 stairs lead to the upper floor consisting of 5 bedrooms + 1 baby bedroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 toilet. When you open the dome's door, the Cognac countryside welcomes you with open arms, and 5 minutes away is the city of Cognac with its wine tourism discoveries and other great places that we will be happy to share with you. Adjacent to our winery, you can come and discover the distillery, the tractors, etc. Or stay as a couple and enjoy moments suspended in time.

A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks by bike or on foot. Electric bikes and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the local area.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.
