come and discover this charming Charentaise house of 140 m2 located in the heart of the great Champagne that can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby with views of the countryside and the vines in Juillac le coq which is 15 minutes from cognac, 5 minutes from Segonzac. A few steps away, white paths invite you to long walks or bike rides. Electric bicycles and mountain bikes are available nearby, with the possibility of direct delivery to the accommodation to explore the region.

In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 burners (induction, and ceramic glass), a traditional oven and a microwave oven. The floor is air-conditioned.

The site consists of an island of about 5000 m², surrounded by water, on which is located an old lock house from 1837, completely refurbished, very bright and comfortable. Ideal for a total disconnection experience, in a green setting, while comfortable and poetic. Possibility to use canoes (a 2-seater canoe and a 1-seater canoe) and bicycles.

Come and recharge your batteries in my 108 m2 house, located in the heart of Grande Champagne, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Near Cognac (just 15 minutes away) you can enjoy the calm of the countryside, its spa from May to September (30th or 50th per week) and only on request, its atypical village and many hilly paths for hikes or family walks.

The Barn at Bois Blanc

A spectacular 200 year old barn, given a modern conversion. Bois Blanc is set in private grounds, down its own track surrounded by cognac vineyards. The Barn has a cinematic view mezzanine bedroom, a decking and outdoor furniture and use of swimming pool (normally open for 1st of June but can be earlier, depending on weather.)
