Completely renovated 55 m2 accommodation, sleeping up to 4 people, in a quiet and rural environment at the end of a cul-de-sac. 7 minutes from Saintes (Gallo-Roman city). 20 minutes from Cognac (visit the Cognac cellars), 45 minutes from Royan (beach) Nearby tourist sites: Paléosite 5 minutes away, Fontdouce Abbey and its tree climbing park 8 minutes away, Charente River (swimming, canoeing, fishing) 5 minutes away. The cottage: La Séguinette A lively, refreshing place where a stream flows, home to frogs, kingfishers etc... you will have access to your hosts' swimming pool (June to mid-September) access hours between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. plancha and garden furniture will be at your disposal. Located 12 km from Saintes which is crossed by the Charente in the Saintonge. 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean (La Rochelle, Royan, La Palmyre, Île d'Oléron) and near Cognac in the Charente region.

It is located 1 km from the Louis Rouyer-Guillet golf course. Saintes with its rich heritage is 3 km away. Pharmacy – laundromat – Intermarché and Lidl nearby and a bakery 3+1 300 m from the house. Forget your worries in this spacious and functional space. Its large living room on the ground floor includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and sitting area. Upstairs is a very large bedroom with dressing room, sitting area and shower room. Outside you can have your meals in your living room or in the 9000 m² park that you will have to share with the owners and two other cottages. A 45 m² swimming pool is also available for your use.

Independent studio

Take a break at this detached studio attached to our house. It comes with a sofa bed. The entrance is totally independent, it overlooks a small terrace and a watercourse ( noise from the flow of water, wildlife and nature).
