An excellent spot location wise as a base for a short drive to all the Airlie Beach attractions. A nicely presented, peaceful, quiet and comfortable spot to just chill and wake up to the birds. And the added bonus of a very friendly, understanding and responsive host. Definitely recommend.

Nuria & Warren’s retreat is an actual Oasis. Everything you can think of is provided in this home for a comfortable stay. Peaceful and serene outdoor garden for you to enjoy privately. Within minutes of the beach, marina and trials. Can’t thank the hosts enough for their hospitality and recommendations around the island.

We loved staying at Trace's apartment. It was very clean, modern and comfortable, especally the bed! It was everything we needed for our short stay. The atmosphere in the resort was very relaxed and friendly and the location was just far enough from town centre to be peaceful. Thanks for a beautiful stay.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The listing photos do not do the actual views justice - we were absolutely blown away! Check in was very easy, and Lily and Co were super responsive to any questions we had and always eager to help out with local recommendations and assisting us with anything we needed help with. The apartment was spacious and clean and walking distance to everything there is to do in Airlie Beach (there is a decent hill on the way home - just pre-book a taxi if you don't have the energy) Highly recommend!

The place looked more stunning than pictures with easy access to beach. The hosts met us and showed the home around. Great amenities in the kitchen. We had a great time staying here which felt just like home. Everything was just perfect.

A 12minute walk into town, with views looking out over the marina. This place suited us well. Marc and MJ were always quick to respond. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay.

great place in a quiete position everything was as for the pictures wallabies and parrots stayed with us for all the period mitch was a great host fantastic to have a buggy at our disposal for all period we will be back again for sure

The room is very large, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, have a very beautiful view of the sea.

Great accommodation. Everything was clean and I felt at home. The flat was spacious and had everything I needed for the three days I spent in Airlie.

Arthur’s place is absolutely fantastic. Views are even better than the pictures. The apartment is exactly as described and we were met by a friendly valet at the airport and again when it was time to leave. Arthur was proactive and helpful, providing us with lots of tips. The apartment is well located with a few minutes trip to the Main Street either on the provided golf buggy or the local free bus. We will definitely be coming back, thank you Arthur and your family for a wonderful stay 🤗

We are an adult family of 3 . The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was perfect for our sleeping arrangements . Kitchen well stocked. Excellent fridge capacity . Beautiful roomy dining table and living room . The sea views from the balcony were exceptional . Balcony was roomy and a perfect area to vege out or enjoy some sunshine . Clothes dried quickly Host was extremely responsive when we had an issue turning off fan .Issue was quickly resolved . Pool area was well maintained. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a peaceful environment close to shops, cafes , lagoon and beach

We had a very enjoyable stay at this listing. We are wishing we could have stayed longer as we were so happy there. The location is perfect and magnificent marina views. It is quiet and yet a short walk to the town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. The apartment itself is pristine and very well laid out with everything top quality. Would highly recommend this apartment.
