Monthly Rentals in Juan Martín

I believe this was my 4th stay at Jose place. This is our go to place when visiting Yabucoa. Jose place is very clean and comfortable. He provides all the essentials needed for your stay. He’s also very responsive to any questions you may have. The location is safe and close to many stores and restaurants. I highly recommend Jose place for your stay.

Rhett, as a host, was amazing. Very helpful before and during our stay. We had a few minor issues during our first week at the house which he took care of IMMEDIATELY. Very responsive. The views were spectacular, and that's an understatement. Day or night, it was just unbelievably beautiful. The house is equipped with all the necessary amenities. The beds were comfortable. A/C worked great in all areas. The internet/TV worked perfectly. We had no interruption in service. The shower was temperamental but if you waited long enough you would get hot water, but no long showers if multiple people were staying at the house. My husband LOVED the challenge of tight and winding roads, and the huge hills. I could not have done it without him. If you don’t like the drive – this may not be your location. We needed a SUV for all the exploring we did. We had NO trouble at all but had to be a defensive and have GPS! I gave Rhett a run down on our adventures if you need any ideas for things to do.

It was a great stay! Amazing view and very relaxing. Jose is an amazing host, if i had any questions he would answer right then and there. We were more than satisfied with our stay. If i ever need a peaceful and relaxing weekend getaway definitely staying there again.
