Sandy beaches, shops, restaurants and supermarket at the bottom of the building, train station 3 mins walk. Apartment completely renovated in early 2023 with quality furniture and high-end bedding. Reversible climate control. Sleeps 4, a sleeping area with a 190*140 bed and a 190*140 sofa bed.

Le chemin d'accès est abîmé par le chantier mais reste carrossable. A cause de cette éventualité , je propose une réduction de 30% .
