Holiday houses in Jorasi Range

we enjoyed our stay. all the appliances were as described and were of a great help to us. although the approach road to the property from the main highway is a task with sharp inclines, but uska maza bhi kuch aur hai. I enjoyed climbing those inclines twice a day, specially in my morning walks. Every place has its plus and minuses and it depends upon an individual how to find a way to enjoy and have a great time. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Amazing getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city life. A place worth visiting, and spending just one day is not enough! You can see the white peaks clearly early in the morning. Perfect to spend time with the loved ones. Road that leads to the stay is also really nice and you can easily take your car there too.

We had a wonderful stay at the La Vie cottage hosted by Sarika ji. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning decor and aesthetics that beautifully blended modern comfort with charming rustic touches. Every room was thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere.The amenities were top-notch, ensuring a truly enjoyable stay. The highlight was the breathtaking location. Waking up to a view of the snow-covered mountains was simply magical, and we spent countless hours just soaking it all in. The garden was another delightful surprise however it needed maintainance. Sarika ji is an extremely proactive and responsive host.The cherry on top was the delicious food cooked by the caretaker Trilok ji who also catered to all our needs. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a peaceful and serene stay. Can’t wait to come back in the summer 🙂

A very cute, cozy place to stay. You will wake up in middle of nature. Rooms were very clean, Hot water suppy was there. We had breakfast and it was very good. Kitchen had kettle, microwave basic essentials as well. Car parking is also there. Owners were very very friendly and gave good recommendations on places to visit. Overall lovely stay. Just that it is a lil bit far from mall road but closer to eco cave, you might need assistance to reach there, once you reach it would be easy.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The location was perfect — peaceful yet close enough to explore all the major attractions in Nainital. The property is nestled in a quaint part of Majkhali, with easy access from the National Highway. There's 2 switchbacks and a short dirt trail + concrete road wide enough for one car leading to the property. Fairly easy to navigate through for anyone used to driving on the hills. The Chalet is as described in the pictures, and is maintained well by the hosts. The bedrooms aren't too cramped, and the bathrooms are neat. The kitchen had all basic cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The food menu has most of the basic varieties and local choices included, and the cook, Harish, prepares a fine meal. Being in a hamlet, we were asked to place our food orders a few hours in advance, which was completely understandable for the staff to go out and buy fresh produce. The caretaker, Paan Singh, is super jovial, and always ready to assist in anything required. I spent 3 days here with my parents, and we went back satisfied with the experience and the hosting.

Staying at Varun and Sumedha's amazing place in Nainital was a perfect holiday experience. The house itself is beautifully arranged, well decorated and the wood design is truly an artistic masterpiece, where modern kitchen and bathroom facilities meets a comfy home setting. The bedroom and balcony take your breath away, with the most beautiful view over Nainital lake. Being in bed becomes an event itself, watching sunset or sunrise. Varun and Sumedha are simply outstanding when you plan a holiday in India. Hospitality, friendliness and always making you having the best stay imaginable is something that you feel from their heart. You will feel just like with family. They are also very well versed and knowledgeable, in what to do in Nainital (Café Lakeside, Mall Road, Boat House Club, where to see red pandas) and suggestions on trips outside like Corbett National Park. For anyone wanting a seamless and refreshing retreat in India, Varun and Sumedha have got you covered :)
