Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Joplin

Quiet, cute, fun scenery! Came to Missouri to see our son on a break from his summer job.

Our second visit to SVR. We LOVE this place! So much serenity and peace watching the cows graze. There is ample privacy and Lauri is quick to respond to any needs. We loved the visits from Eeyore the burro. This lovely little haven truly feels like a home away from home.

Tammie responded very quickly, and the location was easy to get into. It was perfect for our trip.

This place is great and so much nicer and priced better than the local hotels. It’s in a great neighborhood and super close to everything you would need. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Joplin.

We stay in an AirBnb in the SW Missouri region about 3-4 times a year and I have to say that Shonda's attention to detail goes above and beyond! The family LOVED it! 10 out of 10, with out a doubt, 100% recommend!!

This was my second time staying here, and it only confirmed what I already knew: Jackie is truly the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. I felt incredibly welcomed from the moment I arrived. After a long day of travel, finding snacks, water, and even chocolates by the bed was such a thoughtful touch. The house itself is even nicer and more spacious than the photos show—clean, comfortable, and so easy to settle into. The neighborhood is lovely too, with friendly and welcoming neighbors that make the stay feel even more special. What really sets Jackie apart is how attentive and kind she is. Whether it was her or a family member, someone was always available and right on top of anything I needed, always responsive and genuinely caring. You don’t find that level of thoughtfulness often. I’m so grateful to have found this place and already can’t wait to return again.

Comfortable accommodations for two families to get together. Li’luns loved the third story. “Cousin’s Clubhouse!” Great host! Cool spot! Highly recommend!

Family came together from four states to celebrate a graduation and this was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were able to spend lots of quality time as a family. The spacious kitchen and lovely garden were two main gathering places. We had a terrific time and were grateful to have the space to be together comfortably.

The place is a great place to stay. it is nice and quiet out in the country, yet close enough to town for shopping and eating out. Jennifer is a great host and responds very quickly to any concern you may have. I highly recommend this place and I will stay here every chance I get when in the area.

The space was comfortable, clean and the decor was nice. Kim was so friendly and very responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

She was so kind and responsive! Kim was so kind and accommodating. Smelled like cigarettes because people like to smoke outside and she offered to come and help spray to help with the smell. She was so kind and the spot was clean and looked exactly like the pictures! Loved this place great for a person or two plenty of space.

Merre is very friendly, we had a mishap the day of check-in but it was all fixed the very next day!!! We arrived to fresh bread and eggs!! The place is just as described, it’s very quiet and peaceful. There is a pond on the property that can be walked to. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone.

We were in town for a funeral, stayed the night here and was pleasantly surprised, this loft apartment was above theTap Room. We went down and had dinner and a beer. We met Sarah and her husband there, very nice couple. This is right on the square so plenty of places to go to for food and drinks. Just remember this is above the business, so there are stairs involved, if that's a problem you might want to reconsider. Overall a very good experience!
