About a 3-minute walk to the market with cinema, shops and restaurants, to the university and to the bus stop. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby mountains or to neighboring countries (Czech Republic, Poland). It is located on the 3rd floor (without elevator), has a bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed for 2, bathroom with tub/shower. There is no balcony but garden with seating area. Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

A small adjoining room can be locked with a folding door. In the adjoining room, there is a bed and table. Bikes can be safely parked in the garage.

The apartment is located directly at the foot of the beautiful Oybin Mountain. The idyllic place invites you to linger and is perfect for a cozy family vacation. The two bedrooms offer sleeping possibilities for 6 guests. On request a baby crib is also available.
