New house, insulation to current standards, reversible air conditioning. The floor (independent access) is uninhabited. Air-conditioned, Wi-Fi, TV. Equipped kitchen opens to studio-type living room overlooking garden.

A complete renovation provides all modern day comforts and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a day in Provence. The village of Menerbes (A Year in Provence - Peter Mayle) has mostly local villagers living here. Beautiful walks and cycling are popular pastimes. There are museums, an art gallery & a few shops run by locals. Unspoilt and completely unique.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building consisting of 5 apartments (⚠️no elevator).

Located in the city center, close to Place Pie, Place St. Didier and all amenities (Within walking distance: laundromat, Carrefour City, bakeries, restaurants, bars, etc.) No restaurant/bar on the ground floor of the building. Double-glazed window and good bedding!

The accommodation, a small quiet house, is close to public transport and the city center of Saint Saturnin les Avignon (5 min walk) and its small shops. Its access is common to that of our property. You'll love the place because of its brightness, comfort, bedroom, mezzanine and parking. Close to Avignon, Isle sur Sorgue, Fontaine de Vaucluse, Les Baux, Luberon, Alpilles, Gordes, Roussillon, Wine Route, Mont Ventoux, Aquasplash etc...

Independent studio near Avignon

The independent studio is an extension of our house, it is 24 m². You can park your car in our garden, a space is reserved for you. It is equipped with a TV, as well as a large closet to store your belongings. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove. The bathroom is small but functional. The accommodation is close to Wave Island Water Park, Spirou Park (10-15 min), Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (20 min).

In the heart of the Provencal pine forest, recharge in this comfortable cocoon. Guests can enjoy a garden overlooking the Ventoux, the Dentelles and the village steeple, an infinity pool and a pétanque court. The newly renovated house has 3 bedrooms with king size double bed and their en-suite full bathroom. A large living room with kitchen open to the terrace, pool and garden. Two cats to feed and cuddle occasionally.
