Relax in this quiet and elegant new property. The house is under construction and will be ready in early June 2024, so there are only traces of it outside as the interior is not ready until then. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The house is located about 5 km from Kirkjubæjarklaustur and is therefore halfway between The black sand beach in Vík and The national park Skaftafell and Jökulsárlón in the east. From the house there is a view of both Vatnajökull and Mýrdalsjökull.

Neðribær is in a 2 apartment house with private entrance. Many activities in the area such as snowmobiling, glacier jeeps and glacier walk adventure on Europe´s largest glacier, kayaking, puffins tours, boat tours, ice cave tours (winter) and horseback riding. It is 56m2 in size and is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom and then an open space where you have a fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows and breathtaking view. We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.
