Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

The 55 m² property is divided into an anteroom, bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet and a spacious air-conditioned living/dining/bedroom which is equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a filled coffee machine, a double bed and a sofa bed.

We have extended our spacious roof terrace with a small guest accommodation and completely refurnished it - great lake view!! The guest room on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet is accessible via a private entrance. Very central & within walking distance to the main square, the local infrastructure is easily accessible.
