The property is buffered from the street by the owners house so there is a sense of privacy but is still less than 20 minutes to downtown Tacoma or Olympia and downtown Seattle is 50 minutes during off peak driving.

This very unique, secluded, pristine cottage is located less than 90 minutes from Seattle on the Key Peninsula in a 17 acre cedar forest with ocean frontage. Expansive views of Mt Rainier are a feature of the Oberon Property, along with a very secluded waterfront access for launching your kayak or beach combing. Boaters and sailors can make use of the private mooring buoy as well.
