Holiday rentals with a patio in Johnstown

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs for the past 18 months, and Kathryn’s place was the very best place I have stayed. Not only is it beautiful inside, but everything about the place is top notch. The furnishings and bedding are high quality. It doesn’t feel like a rental. Kathryn and Martin are delightful hosts. There is nothing they haven’t thought of to make you feel welcome and right at home. You will love this spot in Boulder.❤️

Jeanne’s basement apartment is lovely, comfortable, and it had everything I needed (and more) in the kitchen and bathroom. It was helpful to have a washer and dryer. Since I was visiting family, I did not have time to use the nice living room. I really appreciated the artistic, creative touches. The bed was very comfortable, and there were pillows to chose from. It was a beautiful 15-20 min walk from my family’s home, and I really enjoyed the walk. Jeanne is warm and hospitable, and I felt at home. She was easily accesible by text for communication and questions, and responded quickly. The front entrance, which also leads to the apartment downstairs, has a code, and entrance is easy. Thank you, Jeanne! I most certainly will return.

Excellent location: close to west side of CSU, right next to several off-campus student buildings, and several restaurants and other services are just a few minutes walk away. Neighbors are easy to hear through the walls and some cars are loud driving by, but this would be the case in any apartment in this area. Will plan to stay here again!

Cute place in scenic location near mountains with easy access to Boulder and highways. Very clean and it had everything that we needed during our stay. Will return in future if staying in Boulder area.

Wonderful place to stay in Boulder. We were within a 10 minute drive of amazing hiking and Pearl St. There is a convenient Safeway nearby that had all the groceries we needed for the week. The place itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Definitely would book again when we come back!

Jennifer’s Airbnb is perfect in so many ways! The space is spotless and comfortable. It is below in the basement of her home but with your own entrance and many lights that make the entire place just wonderful! There are a lot of little touches including a fireplace you can just turn on and off. Kitchen is well stocked. This is my second visit and I will definitely be back!

This was the absolute perfect place to stay. My husband and I eloped and brought our dogs with us the night we stayed here. It was super great having a fenced in yard for the dogs to run and play in. I loved the coffee bar in the kitchen. It had several different coffee options, three different creamer options, hot chocolate, and tea. It is a super cute home. I would 100% recommend staying here!

Beautiful home with lots of little special touches. Great for a family with dogs. We didn't have any kids, but the house had lots to keep kids busy!

My stay at Ali’s place was very comfortable. The location was great. Everything in the home was very well thought out and accommodating. The bed and linens and pillows were lovely. The kitchen well appointed. Ali was very responsive and accommodating to my needs. I can highly recommend this place.

Silvia's place was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. My daughter and her family live nearby and the place was big enough for our whole family to enjoy the holiday together.

Jenanne’s place was just perfect for our family to stay at over the long Thanksgiving weekend! There was plenty of space for the adults to visit upstairs and kids to play downstairs while our holiday dinner was being prepared. The kitchen has new appliances and is stocked with all the essential utensils/pans/etc one might need. We also all slept well on the comfortable beds (and I always appreciate when lots of pillows are provided.) The place was clean and easy to get to. We’d definitely stay again!

The home was very welcoming and cozy. My family really appreciated all the dishes provided in the kitchen. The host was very responsive whenever we needed anything. There were plenty of clean towels and sheets ready for use. The beds were comfy. The rooms were spacious. Honestly, everything was amazing for our stay here.

This cozy home reminded me of visiting my grandparents – clean, sunny, and full of charm. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely yard, perfect for my two cats who loved watching the resident bunny rabbit and squirrels in the front yard through the big living room window. The blooming lilacs in the backyard were such a nice touch! The owner was friendly and responsive on my short notice and I appreciated being able to bring my pets along. A peaceful spot for a short stay.

Kimberly was great! Super responsive and accommodating. Our son was sick and it was a very comfortable and clean place for him to recover out of his dorm, she even allowed us to check out late to allow him to sleep in a bit more. She was very caring and quick to respond.

The place was comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was perfectly located with walking trails nearby and a short drive to other Boulder destinations.

The property is terrific - clean, full of amenities and in a great location. Appreciated the parking spot right outside the door as well. Host immediately responded to a check-in question and provided detailed instructions in advance of both check-in and check-out. Recommend the property and would absolutely stay here again. What an amazing gem right in the heart of Boulder! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable extended stay. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions, making it easy to explore. Melissa was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. From thoughtful touches to her accommodations, her hospitality made all the difference. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and can’t wait to return!

Good location for walking to downtown Boulder and to access Eldora skiing. Very clean and very quiet unit. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed. We would stay here again with our kids.

The apartment was comfortable and the bed was cozy. It was just the right amount of space for myself (or even 2 people). The location was great because within about 15 minutes, you could get to lots of different locations including downtown boulder. It was also super close to a grocery store and some other food spots! The walls are a little thin so sometimes, you could hear the neighbors especially the ones above (a few times at 1am - I think they might work a late shift) but even with that, the place was overall very quiet and I would still recommend!

Eric’s place was incredible! The space was SO clean, incredibly cozy, had everything that I needed and could think of, and Eric was such a kind and responsive host. I loved walking the neighborhood in the morning and grabbing some local coffee and just looking at the mountains. The space is very well organized and I was so at peace being able to feel right at home the moment I walked in the door (which is hard when traveling a lot of times). Everything that one could think of that they would need, Eric provided. I will absolutely be visiting again in the future.

Walnut Mews--the name of the complex where the apartment is located-- is charming and well-maintained, creekside on the west end. Our only complaint was that the bedroom is adjacent to a parking lot (the apartment is on the east end of the complex). And the location is great--near stores, Pearl Street and a mile or so from the CU campus. Also, the bed was super comfortable, with good quality cotton bedding. Camilla is an excellent host--very responsive to all texts.

Denise is a wonderful host and had a nice unit in a great location. The area is quiet, the unit was clean and well stocked. This is the second time we have stayed here. We are in the area twice a year and when we come back next fall we hope to be able to reserve this unit again.
