We absolutely LOVED Stone's Fall!!! It was so peaceful and private with just the right amount of rustic! We loved the porch where we drank coffee every morning! Loved the covered porch by the grill! We sat there and played Uno and ate lunch! The pool was amazing! Very spacious and clean inside! We cooked every meal there except two dinners. We highly recommend the Calabash Market right down the street for fresh meats and all food needs. Location of the house was perfect with just the right amount of peek-a-boo views of Coral Bay and the mountains! It was a great family escape!!! We recommend using Wharf Watersports to rent a boat for a day! Also, we used Dolphin Taxi transport from the airport in St. Thomas all the way to St. John's! Much easier than the ferry. Francis Bay Beach was a great beach that is pretty private but Maho beach had the most sea turtles! We will be BACK!

I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and always had to message the host for something missing, not working etc. this place had everything you could need. All beach needs, kitchen needs and spices and things to store food, even had pens on the table, a portable speaker, yoga stuff etc. The only thing we could have used more of was towels bc we are women who have a towel for hair and body and the beach. I would 1000% recommend this place. Don’t let needing a 4x4 scare you it’s just safety precautions so you can make it up the hill. It was very easy tho. Will be back here again

If you find yourself in St. John and want a beautiful secluded space with a great view, do not hesitate to stay here! The road getting up to it is extremely steep so if that is hard for you, that would be the only issue. Our jeep made the climb up and down no problem, but it was the steepest road I have ever been on! Other than that, the space is perfect for your homebase. I highly recommend Coffee on the porch for sunrise before your adventure of the day. A great clean space that just feels good to be in.

From start to finish our experience with Ann Marie and stay at Ataraxia Cottage was fantastic! Ann Marie was incredibly communicative and responsive from the start, providing (extremely helpful!) guidance on getting on the car ferry in St Thomas and where to meet her to get to the cottage. The cottage itself was a dream - literally, we slept like logs on a wonderful mattress every night after busy days hiking and on the beach. The cottage provided the perfect haven for our stay - the kitchen is equipped well for small meals, beach chairs and towels provided, and we barely needed the AC - the ceiling fans were enough! We would and will absolutely return to Ataraxia and Coral Bay - slightly off the beaten track and still so easy to reach all parts of St John.
