A cozy and pleasant ground floor apartment with AC and private patio. Fully-equipped kitchen, two comfortable beds and an extra bed (130 cm wide) in the sofa. Toilet with shower and washing machine as well as fridge and freezer allows you to stay a little longer with self-catering. Good WiFi and TV. Bikes for rent and electric car chargers are available. The house is located on the outskirts of a residential area in Nättraby, 10 km from Karlskrona. Swimming area 2 km, store 1 km and nature nearby. In 2026, new houses will be built about 100-200 meters from the house.

Here you live with direct proximity to the forest, and the sea that is reached via a beautiful 10-minute walk. The cottage has two comfortable sleeping places and is equipped with a functional kitchen, shower, toilet and sauna directly in the house for extra relaxation. On the private terrace with outdoor furniture, you can enjoy beautiful summer days. The nearest grocery store is in Saxemara, and Ronneby city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

There is a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a living room. Six sleeping places divided into two bedrooms, with four beds in one bedroom, as well as a bunk bed in the second bedroom, both located in an adjacent cottage. Guests will clean up on departure. Nearby is child-friendly sea bath (1km) , several golf courses and walking paths in both fir and deciduous forest.

Här finns fina vandrings-/cykelleder längs hav och skog, bra fiske och fågelskådning. 5 minuter till golfbana och badplats. 10 min till närmsta matbutik i Nättraby eller på Hasslö. 15 min till Karlskrona respektive Ronneby. Till Karlskrona tar man sig med bil, buss, cykel eller skärgårdsbåten Axel som avgår från Nättraby
