Elizabeth was always attentive to the questions I asked her and the response time was very efficient, she was very accessible, very respectful, incredible. We definitely plan to return and stay with her again.

Casa Gabriela is a wonderful haven of art and nature! It has several super interesting spaces to go with your family and spend incredible moments. The subdivision is a very safe place, you can go for a walk at any time and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Gabriela and the service staff were always on the lookout for any requests.

Very comfortable and friendly place, Mr. Enrique was very attentive days before arrival, at the time of arrival he received us very kindly and was always attentive to any detail, he gave us our privacy, the neighbors were friendly, the residential area is very safe, the views are very beautiful, you feel at home, the arrival of the travel service by app (Didi, Uber) was a little late so they do ask that it be on time (Although taxis pass by on the road and leaving the residential area there is a base of them), I would definitely return, I highly recommend it.

It's a very good option if you want to visit Cuernavaca. We were very comfortable in the apartment. Route 1 is very close to the centre. There are many grocery stores, places to eat and a BBVA ATM nearby. The treatment was attentive and kind.

Very nice apartment and the subdivision too, the pool water was warm, the paddle tennis and tennis courts are very close, you can see them from the apartment to see your children. Everything was great, I would choose it again without a doubt.
