On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

We are located in the Protected Landscape Area of the Lusatian Mountains on the border of the Bohemian Switzerland National Park, in nature, in a quiet part of the village. Adults and children will have fun with us, we have a ping-pong table, basketball hoop, football goals, children's play elements... the surroundings are rich for hiking and cycling...

The stylish and spacious De Luxe apartment (57 m2) with a capacity of up to 5 people is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and living room. For your comfort, you can use the garden, playground or hot tub right in the garden. Pets are welcome and stay for free. We also offer breakfast by arrangement. Parking right next to the building. When using other apartments, the capacity of the Rustic House is up to 9 people.

Minimum stay: 2 nights. Dogs welcome and free of charge. The price includes: Final cleaning, tourist tax, water, sewage, bed linen (please bring towels). Not included in the price is the electricity consumption. We charge 30 cents per Kwh. For firewood our guests pay a daily fee of 10 Euro in the period from October 1 to April 30.
