I would 100% come again if I find myself in the area again. Nothing like a kitchen but the area has several super markets and several walkable restaurants. Very friendly and exactly what was expected:-)

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Honestly, it was just perfect. I felt so happy staying here. Thank you so much, Andrea!

Das Aparment ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Die Lage ist optimal mit nur wenigen Gehminuten zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone mit Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch zwei kleine Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit 50- max 100 Euro Investment in eine bessere Küchenausstattung (kleiner Topf, Nudelsieb, Pfannenwender, Messer, Flaschenöffner etc.) wäre es absolut perfekt. Und der Toilettensitz/ der Spülkasten wird hoffentlich für den nächsten Gast repariert sein. Bei uns hat es so kurzfristig leider nicht funktioniert. Alles in allem aber eine tolle, moderne Wohnung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nice clean apartment short walk to the beach. Perfect for family vacation, who wants to spend a lot of time on the beach. It’s also close to attractions near by. The neighborhood is generally peaceful and quiet. We had a great time staying and would recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Donata's place. It is so clean and comfortable, in a great location. The balcony was a great place to soak up the sunshine. I wish all air bnb places were this nice! Donata was very friendly and helpful.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 giorni e ci siamo trovate benissimo! La posizione è davvero strategica: a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla via principale. L’alloggio è comodo e funzionale, ideale per godersi al meglio la zona. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo!

Fin da subito Luciano si è dimostrato molto disponibili. L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione, camera e balcone grandi dove ci si stava comodi. L’appartamento è molto luminoso e si trova al 1 piano, servito da 2 ascensori. Ottima anche la possibilità di avere il posto auto privato (con sbarra all’interno del cortile), e soprattutto il posto in spiaggia con ombrellone lettino e sdraio. Cucina separata dal soggiorno con tutto il necessario per cucinare. Si trova in una zona di jesolo che già conoscevo ed è perfetta perché pur essendo una zona tranquilla è coperta da tutti i servizi necessari. Faccio i complimenti per la cura dell’appartamento. Speriamo di ritornarci presto!

L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

The check-in process was very straightforward and quick. The apartment is very nice, albeit compact. It has everything that you need for a nice holiday on the Adratic coast: A/C, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, etc. The maximum current limit (i.e. not to use too many appliances at once) takes a bit of getting used to. Communication with Denisa and Allesandro was great throughout. The beach is just around the corner and the Residence has its own designated area, which is convenient. The Residence’s pool is a nice feature, too. There are many restaurants in the area, however, for larger-scale shopping you do need a car. The Residence has limited parking space. We had no trouble during the week but had to resort to streetside parking on Saturday after a visit to the supermarket. WiFi was also a bit problematic, especially during peak usage periods. We often had to resort to using our own 4G/5G connection – OK for EU roaming but likely expensive otherwise.

Mattia e Fabio sempre disponibili a risolvere ogni minimo problema. Alloggio vicinissimo a supermercati , a piazza Milano, alla spiaggia. Alloggio ben rifornito di quanto può servire per una vacanza al mare. Siamo rimasti contenti di questa scelta.

Die Tage dort waren genau das was man im Sommer braucht. Ein idyllisches Apartment mit einen schönen großen Pool sowie auch einen kleinen für Kinder. Ebenso gab es ausreichend Liegen. Es werden dort Fahrräder für groß und klein zur verfügung gestellt. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit diesem Airbnb und werden auf jedenfall wieder hinfahren!

Große Empfehlung für Jesolo. Sehr netter Empfang, wahnsinnig sauber, viel Stauraum, Küche & Bad einwandfrei ausgestattet. Hat unseren Aufenthalt in Jesolo wunderbar gemacht.

Ottimo alloggio, a due passi dalla spiaggia e da Via Bafile, comodo e senza pecche!

Io e le mie amiche abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento di Mirko per trascorrere un weekend a Venezia. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso e confortevole. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni più importanti di Venezia. La comunicazione con Mirko è stata impeccabile, si è da subito attivato per rispondere a tutte le mie domande con molta gentilezza e tempestività. Il giorno del nostro arrivo ci ha cortesemente permesso di accedere all'appartamento un'ora prima del check in e questa non è una premura da tutti. Grazie per tutto, a presto!!

Logement très spacieux et décoré avec goût. Il est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Stephano est très réactif et disponible. Logement à recommander à 10 minutes de La place Saint Marc.

Un grand merci à Giorgia pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse, son écoute et sa grande serviabilité ! Elle nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour découvrir de bons restaurants, de jolies balades et les incontournables de cette cité merveilleuse où nous avons passé trois jours inoubliables. Son logement, situé en rez-de-chaussée à proximité de toutes les commodités, est très propre, le lit y est confortable, et le jacuzzi ainsi que le sauna sont parfaits pour se détendre après une longue journée dans les ruelles de Venise, ville à 99 % piétonne (pas de voitures, pas de trottinettes, et pas de vélos non plus !). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement ainsi que Giorgia. Vous ne serez pas déçus ! Bon séjour !

Terrific apartment in a quiet part of Venice but only a 10-15 min walk from lots to do. The hosts are very attentive and kind and communication was great as we resolved a few minor issues. Highly recommended!!

Erika a été une hôte très accommodante et très réactive. Le logement était très propre, spacieux avec toutes les commodités. Il est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied d'un arrêt de bus qui nous conduit directement à Venise et à 15 minutes de la gare de Mestre. Nous avons également pu profiter de l'extérieur avec une grande galerie et un coin patio. Le secteur était tranquille avec un très bon restaurant et une boulangerie à proximité ainsi qu'une épicerie à 10 minutes de marche. Nous avons été accueilli par Carmen, une dame très sympathique qui a su nous donner toutes les informations et directives nécessaires pour l'accessibilité au logement. Je recommande cet endroit et je n'hésiterais pas a y retourner.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!
