I would 100% come again if I find myself in the area again. Nothing like a kitchen but the area has several super markets and several walkable restaurants. Very friendly and exactly what was expected:-)

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. Thank you for a lovely holiday. Nice pool for kids, clean apartment and great location. Very responsive to any needs. Would be useful to know that you need to bring dishwasher detergent, utensils for non-stick pans and sharp knives and scissors.

Nice clean apartment short walk to the beach. Perfect for family vacation, who wants to spend a lot of time on the beach. It’s also close to attractions near by. The neighborhood is generally peaceful and quiet. We had a great time staying and would recommend this place.

We had a lovely stay at Donata's place. It is so clean and comfortable, in a great location. The balcony was a great place to soak up the sunshine. I wish all air bnb places were this nice! Donata was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this apartment for 3 days and had a great time! The location is truly strategic: a stone's throw from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the main street. The accommodation is comfortable and functional, ideal for enjoying the area to the fullest. We will definitely be back!

From the very beginning, Luciano proved to be very helpful. The apartment matched the description, large room and balcony where you were comfortable. The apartment is very bright and is located on the 1st floor, served by 2 lifts. There is also the excellent possibility of having a private parking space (with a bar inside the courtyard), and above all a place on the beach with a sunbed and deckchair. Kitchen separate from the living room with everything you need for cooking. It is located in an area of Jesolo that I already knew and is perfect because, despite being a quiet area, it is covered by all the necessary services. I would like to compliment you on the care of the apartment. We hope to be back soon!

Nicolo's apartment is perfect. Everything is well thought out, nothing is missing. The decor is understated, quite suitable for an Airbnb. Very good location, both for access to the beaches and to visit Venice. Nicolo is responsive, everything went very well, thank you.

The check-in process was very straightforward and quick. The apartment is very nice, albeit compact. It has everything that you need for a nice holiday on the Adratic coast: A/C, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, etc. The maximum current limit (i.e. not to use too many appliances at once) takes a bit of getting used to. Communication with Denisa and Allesandro was great throughout. The beach is just around the corner and the Residence has its own designated area, which is convenient. The Residence’s pool is a nice feature, too. There are many restaurants in the area, however, for larger-scale shopping you do need a car. The Residence has limited parking space. We had no trouble during the week but had to resort to streetside parking on Saturday after a visit to the supermarket. WiFi was also a bit problematic, especially during peak usage periods. We often had to resort to using our own 4G/5G connection – OK for EU roaming but likely expensive otherwise.

Mattia and Fabio are always available to solve every little problem. Accommodation very close to supermarkets, Piazza Milano, and the beach. Well-stocked accommodation with everything you need for a beach holiday. We were happy with this choice.

The days there were exactly what you need in summer. An idyllic apartment with a beautiful large pool as well as a small one for children. There were also plenty of loungers. Bicycles for young and old are available there. We were more than satisfied with this Airbnb and will definitely go back!

My friends and I stayed at Mirko's apartment to spend a weekend in Venice. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is strategic for reaching all the most important attractions in Venice. Communication with Mirko was impeccable, he immediately responded to all my questions with great kindness and promptness. On the day of our arrival, he kindly allowed us to access the apartment an hour before check-in and this is not a courtesy that everyone offers. Thanks for everything, see you soon!!

A big thank you to Giorgia for his warm welcome, kindness, listening and great helpfulness! She gave us some great tips for discovering good restaurants, nice walks and the must-sees of this wonderful city where we spent three unforgettable days. Her place, located on the ground floor close to all amenities, is very clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot tub and sauna are perfect for relaxing after a long day in the alleys of Venice, a 99% pedestrian city (no cars, no scooters, and no bikes either!). We strongly recommend this listing as well as Giorgia. You won't be disappointed! Enjoy your stay!

Terrific apartment in a quiet part of Venice but only a 10-15 min walk from lots to do. The hosts are very attentive and kind and communication was great as we resolved a few minor issues. Highly recommended!!

Erika was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The accommodation was very clean, spacious with all the amenities. It is well located, a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that takes us directly to Venice and 15 minutes from Mestre train station. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors with a large gallery and patio area. The area was quiet with a very good restaurant and bakery nearby as well as a grocery store 10 minutes' walk away. We were greeted by Carmen, a very friendly lady who was able to give us all the necessary information and instructions for accessibility to the accommodation. I recommend this place and I would not hesitate to go back.

Great Airbnb! Flavio reached out via whats app and made sure I was comfortable with check in procedures. He sent his cousin, who spoke English, to assist us. The Airbnb was very clean and exactly as described! No issues at all! Great location! Very walkable to where we wanted to go!

This property has everything. The canal views are spectacular. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. Close enough to St. Lucia to walk. Also close to both the tourists hot spots and local areas. Host was amazing. We highly recommend!
