Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Jersey City

Richard's place was exactly what we needed -- an affordable place with three beds and kitchen that was a train ride away from Manhattan. Very clean, and we appreciated the tips on how to get into the city. The neighborhood is pretty much built for commuting into NYC so there's not much around there but it was totally what we expected. Bed was comfy and Keurig and kitchen were great to get our days started. Would definitely stay again for an option that's bigger and better than hot and tiny NYC hotels!

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

Me and my wife stayed at Gina’s place for a weekend to visit NYC and see a couple shows! It’s a nice space, and very close to both Newark airport and NYC. We went to Radio city music hall one night for a show and it was only a 40 min drive away. We also saw another show the next night at MetLife stadium, which was only 20 min drive away. Very close to a lot of places around NYC area. The space was very clean and perfect for the two of us, there is a bed big enough for two people to sleep in but they also had a pull out couch that was also very comfortable. Place was very clean and Instructions to check in / out were very simple! Gina is a good communicator and met us when we got there to give us keys and show us how to get in / out of the apartment. Highly recommend for an affordable stay close to NYC !

Denia’s home felt like home. For my family and I, we couldn’t have been more comfortable. With the proximity to NYC and quietness of North Bergen, a truly beautiful experience. I would definitely book here again. Thank you for everything once again.

Nous resté 2 jours chez Hudjy, le logement est super et le quartier très agréable. Le bus est pratique pour rejoindre NYC, mais attention pour le retour le soir, il y a beaucoup de bus et nous avons eu le malheur d'en prendre un express qui nous a amené très très loin ! Mais si vous voulez visiter NYC tout en dormant au calme cest l'idéal !

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

Another peaceful stay at this property. This Airbnb has everything. Definitely a home away from home. Did I mention there’s a pool to cool off in the summer! Nature and everything you will need. Just walk with yourself and clothing. Erica

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Raunak's place is a great deal and we had an amazing stay for a couple of nights. The entire apartment was really clean, a nice pull out couch, and had all of the amenities you could want (clearly labeled too). Location was also great - a 15 minute walk to Grove St PATH and near by convenience stores. Note that noise could be heard from upstairs but it's quiet at night and overall a really positive experience in Jersey City, would stay again.

The apartment looks exactly like the photos. It is clean, well appointed and perfect for anyone seeking a space that is good for work as well as relaxation. The location is pretty quiet and decent access to main highways, which is what I was looking for. Just wish there were more interesting restaurants within walking distance but everything is less than 10 mins away by car. I highly recommend.

Het verblijf was heel gunstig gelegen, vlakbij de bus die van en naar New York City rijdt. Het lag in een heel mooi en statig appartementsgebouw. De gebruikte materialen in de inrichting waren heel kwalitatief. Elke ochtend wakker worden met zicht op de skyline van New York was magisch! Een prachtig verblijf waar we zo terug zouden komen!

Ottimo appartamento, fornito di tutto: cucina ben fornita, bagno con due set di asciugamani (perche` sono stata 10 notti). Zoey super attenta e sempre rapida a rispondere ai messaggi, ottima comunicazione. Unica pecca: la camera non e` ben isolata acusticamente e sulla finestra sopra al letto non sono presenti tende oscuranti. Personalmente non mi da` troppo fastidio dormire con la luce naturale, ma se a qualcuno da` fastidio puo` essere un problema. Tutto sommato un appartamento che mi sento di consigliare e sicuramente lo considererei per il mio prossimo viaggio a New York. Dista circa 10/12 minuti a piedi da Journal Square dove e` possibile prendere il PATH ed essere a New York in 20 minuti. E` presente un supermercato abbastanza fornito a meno di 10 minuti a piedi. Appartamento pulito.

A safe spot right in the heart of Hoboken. Very walkable to the path train that takes you right to New York. A very clean and spacious apartment. Hosts were responsive and great!

Isaac’s apartment was absolutely wonderful, offering a stunning view of New York City from the rooftop. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. We truly appreciated the classic New York-style architecture and admired the high ceilings, which added so much character to the place. Isaac was super responsive and extremely prompt. One small suggestion: it would be even more convenient if there were wheelchair access for elderly people or a ramp to assist with bringing up heavy luggage. Overall, it was a delightful stay—peaceful, stylish, and full of charm. We would love to come back again and again, and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
