Ann's place is incredible- stayed for two nights and there is everything you could possibly need or anticipate in the house. We had a great time - the pool and hot tub were very clean and the house was perfect! Ann was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Riverside Cottage was perfect for a restful week away before my operation. The scenery was stunning and the location so peaceful. The dogs were happy as they could could come and go as they pleased as the garden was so secure. Everything you need for a break away was supplied and the host was a message away if you had any queries. The hottub was an added bonus and was made the most of throughout the week!! A most enjoyable break, we will definitely be back

Really enjoyed our stay here! Lovely cabin and had everything we needed for our stay, hot tub and chiminea are nice touches to have. Mickleton is walkable and we really enjoyed the recommendations in the guide left for us - specifically the Kings Arms and Sarah’s Deli. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Would visit again - thank you!

Wow what a beautiful place! We booked this for a special wedding anniversary to celebrate with our close family. The gift of a bottle of wine and a cake was such a lovely touch. Thank you so much. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mayflower. The young children loved seeing the ducks and wildlife come right up to the deck, and the adults loved the hot tub. The robes were a lovely touch too. We had no problem finding the Mayflower and the instructions for checking in and the online guidebook were very useful. There is so much to do on the doorstep if you can drag yourself away from the lodge. It was such a peaceful and magical place and somewhere I would love to return to.

Stayed for 3 nights for a get together with old friends. Weather was lovely and so we sat straight by the lake with a beer and spit of fishing. The views are fantastic and the surroundings are beautiful. Inside the place was spotless with lots of Room even with 5 of us inside. All the amenities we required were on hand. Good WiFi meant we were all able to communicate without any issues. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. Pure bliss! Walked over to the old boat house for a meal and drinks and then also walked to the Eliot arms for another great meal out. Didn’t want it to end. Would highly recommend this to either a family or group of friends. Awesome!

This air BnB exceeded all expectations! It is even more beautiful than the pictures and such a perfect location. We were a bridal party getting ready for a wedding and only wished we had longer to spend making most of the beautiful space, lake activities and hot tub! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this immaculate home in Oxford. The house is beautifully furnished with a perfect blend of comfort and style—every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

We loved our stay at the house - we were five adults and so the three double rooms were perfect for us and we used the fourth bedroom to get ready (we were attending a wedding). Even better you can walk to Parks Road in town by going down the little cycleway a lovely 15-20 mins walk. We loved the feeling of homeliness and the extensive selection of plants and fab little garden. Absolutely wonderful.

We stayed as a family for two nights whilst attending a local wedding. Very clean and well equipped accommodaton. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. lovely rural location. Nice hot shower. Very quiet location with horses in the adjacent paddocks. Nice out door space. Plenty of parking. We would definitely stay again.

A most pleasing cottage in a superb setting of an idealistic English village. Hosts excellent A cosy living area and spacious bedroom with adjoining dressing room leading to a superb bathroom with high quality curved glass shower cubical. In short the nicest private accommodation out of dozens we have enjoyed.

Had another great stay at the eco lodge. Ideally placed outside Wallingford in lovely countryside and convenient for the Ridgeway and associated places. The eco lodge is private with its own parking and despite the roasting weather the week we were there, it kept a comfortable temperature inside. lovely big bed, excellent space to relax and with it's own kitchen and bathroom and all the amenities you could want. Kunzi the owners friendly cat is on hand to meet and greet and the field adjacent the front of the lodge is alive with wildlife. It's a great place to relax or use as a base for exploration. Recommend Wallingford and Henley on Thames for exploration and the Ridgeway for great walking and scenic views.

We had a fabulous few days here. The studio was perfect for us: close to Oxford and easy to get to the park and ride, but also in a very peaceful, quiet hamlet with some lovely walks and wildlife. The studio was spotless and had everything we could have asked for and more. Charlotte and Jo are wonderful hosts who made sure we had everything by we needed and were very helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, would definitely recommend and stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

We had such an amazing stay at Magdalen Cottage. It was exactly as described, the views were spectacular, and I'd highly recommend the walks in the guest book. The children absolutely loved the heated swimming pool, playing table tennis and jumping on the trampoline .. great location with easy access to Oxford for fun days out with the kids. The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. We stayed with three kids (one baby) and it was just perfect. Our kids LOVED the pool (super warm and Just right for the kids) and the games room. The welcome basket was amazing and super generous- best gift ever!

Beautiful peaceful spot in the Cotswold countryside. The cottage is spacious and well equipped with great walks straight from the door. The pool was such a fantastic asset and really added to our holiday.

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.

Aintree cottage is bigger than it appears on the pictures and is the closest property to the children's play area and pool (where we visited every day with my 3 year old). Any small problems were quickly put right by the incredibly kind and attentive team. The site and properties are very well appointed and while the site is larger than I expected, it remains cozy and intimate with an exclusive feel. We loved our four days here and wished it has been longer. We shall definitely return, bringing more friends.
