The place was as described. The checkin checkout process was clear and without any confusion. The house was clean and all the things were as described. The parking was near lift and also easy to access. The lift is quite busy due to lot of people arriving due to holiday season which is obvious. Overall had a great time.

Overall good.It is suitable for a family, but there are many people, so you have to communicate with the host one more blanket in advance.We stayed for four people, three women stayed in two bedrooms, a man living room sofa, and there was no extra blanket, and the first night was very late to discover this situation, so much so that there was no blanket cover.But it wasn't cold either.The pool was closed earlier, and it was usually impossible to go back to swim after eating.I hope you can improve here.Hit grab to Georgetown usually price 13 immediately.However, during the peak period or traffic, the price will double, if there is no hurry, you can wait to call the car again, and the price will go back to normal.

Everything is good

Fast responsive host. Easy to find, quiet environment, had ample amenities to stay for 3 guests. Friendly guards. I felt the check in process is more straight forward, same with the check out process. Will definitely book with him again whenever I come to Butterworth in the future

My first stay in Penang. Jia's home is compact and extraordinary clean. Washing and drying machine is provided. Comparing with my second stay in another place, Jia's much better. But too bad when I want to extend it isn't available, so I have to move. Jia is also very fast response and everything is well provided. This building is new and the place is walkable to many local foods. Beds are good. I will definetely come back to Jia's place.

Eugene's place was clean and comfortable. Location was super and just facing the newly built Gurney Park. Easy to travel to from anywhere with no shortage of restaurants and coffeeshops around. Overall a great stay.

Nice booking and indoor amenities (like living room entertainment, cutlery, plates etc.) for a larger group, has a nice view of the ocean and interesting shopping areas/grocer nearby for convenience. The location in Jelutong is perfect—generally quiet and peaceful, yet just a short drive or Grab ride away from Georgetown’s delicious food, street art, and cultural landmarks. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and incredibly spacious. The main bed is super comfortable, and the living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really sets this place apart, though, is the host. They are kind, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is the second time we have stayed at this unit and both times the level of professionalism from the host has been amazing. If you’re visiting Penang, do yourself a favor and book this Airbnb. It’s the perfect base for exploring the island, and you’ll feel so well taken care of. We can’t wait to come back!
