We rent the 1st floor of our home. The apartment has two bedrooms, living room with dining area and two seating areas, one with TV, the other overlooking the Oslo fjord and Oscarsborg, its own kitchen and bathroom/toilet with bathtub and washing machine. Approximately 105 sqm. The accommodation is located in a quiet cabin area with proximity to both forest and sea. Two patios are available from the apartment. Short distance to Seierstenmarka. 12 min. walk to the swimming area next to the fjord. 1,5 km to bus stop 2 km to the city center.

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there is coffee and coffee maker for free use. Beds will be ready made when guests arrive and there are towels in the bathroom. There is one bathroom and in addition a separate toilet. Washer and dryer are located in the basement and can be used by separate agreement.
