The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

The Byron Bungalow, convenient to all of middle Georgia (Byron, Macon, Warner Robins, Perry), is located off I-75, minutes from the Amazon warehouse & Buc-ee's, and close to Robins AFB. Near restaurants & shopping, the Bungalow has one bedroom with ROKU TV; living room with 55-inch ROKU TV; full kitchen; large bathroom; and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fast Wi-Fi and reserved parking round out this 725 square foot house, whether you are on vacation or looking for a business trip home.

Better than a hotel room or private room, with upgraded amenties: full size microwave, spacious fridge, coffee/tea maker, full size trashcan, separate heat and air, nice samsung tv, block out blinds and desk. Security cameras, advanced entry locks, well lit inside and out. All sorts of extras.

We’re about 20 minutes from Downtown Macon & Milledgeville.

Tiny Cabin in the Country

Our tiny cabin is on a secluded, wooded 20 acre homestead in a very rural area. It's a quiet place where everyone is welcome. There is almost no light pollution here; on a clear night you'll have an amazing view of the stars. The cabin has internet and a smart TV. We're one mile from downtown Irwinton's gas station, local diner, small local market, and Dollar General. Dublin, Macon, Milledgeville, I-75 and I-16 are all about a 30 minute easy drive with little traffic.

Janelle’s Cottage

Janelle’s cottage is named after my Mom, Janelle Perkins. She was a public health nurse who had a great love for God and people. This is a handicap friendly home. We want you to enjoy the slower pace in Cochran Ga. This is a pet friendly home whether it’s the 4 legged kind or the feathered kind. They are welcome. We do not charge a pet fee or a cleaning fee. We are approximately 4 miles from Middle Georgia State University and approx. 30 minutes from Warner Robins.

Hardware Loft Shannon Building

Loft above a bustling small town hardware store. The Shannon Building was built as a warehouse in 1920. Then converted into offices upstairs and furniture store downstairs in the 1940's. This one of a kind loft apartment is renovated from the 1950's lawyer's office of JD Shannon. Located right in Jeffersonville, 25 minutes from Macon, 25 minutes from Robbins Air Force Base, 35 minutes from Dublin, it's the affordable and stylish location for your stay!

The Garden House - 8 minutes to RAFB

Peaceful retreat located on 2.5 acres. Relax and enjoy nature in this one bedroom guest house. Private drive and parking from main house, with easy access to Robins Air Force Base (5 miles), Georgia National Fairgrounds (13 miles), and Warner Robins (6 miles) shopping and restaurants. This property may not be suitable for guests with children who are non swimmers as there is an open pool on the property. This is a non-smoking property inside and out.
