This is our second time staying here and we love it! It is perfect for a family of three (2 adults & 1 toddler). It is in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. Thanks for allowing others to enjoy your beautiful home.

Halle’s place was absolutely spectacular! We’ve done several stays at Coligny Beach but this takes top spot. Host was very responsive, although didn’t have a need to reach out because they’ve thought of everything!! Unobstructed views of the ocean and extremely convenient location. Just park and walk to everything. Will come back!!

Check in was easy, finding parking was not a problem and the elevator came in very handy when we had a lot of items to take down or bring up. The walk to the beach was easy and the washing station on the way back was great to get the sand off. Just across the street are a lot of restaurants to choose from. John was quick to respond when we had questions and the condo was nice and clean. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Wonderful! The place was cutely decorated and clean. Everything functioned as expected. The place was well equipped with everything you could possibly need from kitchen essentials, games, cooler, beach luxuries, etc. As an adult party of two, it was absolutely perfect. Not only was the place perfect but it also gave you access to a variety of things such as easy beach and pool access and tennis/pickleball courts. The beach location is very calm with small waves only when boats came past. It’s perfect for little kids. The pool was clean and had restroom access. Would definitely stay here again!!

Me, my wife, and our toddler had a lovely stay at Charlie’s place. We loved the location - easy access to Savannah and Tybee beaches. The apartment had everything we needed, and Charlie was a kind and responsive host.

We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

We absolutely loved this house! It was the most perfect location to get to Tybee Beach and to Savannah! The house was exactly as described. The master bed was comfy (and I’m picky). The kitchen was well stocked. The garage set up was perfect for my boys 16 and 12. There is an air conditioner in there that makes it so enjoyable. The pool looks small but is actually perfect for a handful of people. I always judge my rentals pretty hardcore and this was an amazing stay! Thank you for being great hosts!

Easily accessible to both Tybee island and Downtown Savannah. A quick 5 min drive to grocery stores as well. Host did an amazing job of making our trip stress free.

Amazing views from the front and back porches and the rooftop deck! It was the first time that my family and I have stayed in a home with an inverted floor plan but it makes sense to have the living areas where the views are! The screened porch was a bonus, as well as the convenience of an elevator! I also cannot say enough about the convenience of the location… 20 minutes to Savannah, 7 minutes to Fort Pulaski, 10 minutes to North Beach, and 5 minutes to the Crab Shack! This beach home is tastefully decorated and my family loved the beautiful artwork and sea turtle decor!

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

Been staying in Harbour Town every summer close to 20yrs now. My immediate family comes 3 days before the rest of my 4 adult kids and 8 grandchildren arrive for a week long vacation. We have stayed at Brian and Karen’s place for the last couple of years and it amazes me how well stocked their place is with every item you can think of that makes your stay completely enjoyable and not needing a thing on arrival. You both have done a fabulous job on even the smallest details like supplying razors or ziplock baggies if one has forgotten them compared to other places we stay at within Sea Pines including when we go to a larger home that fits 16 of us! Thanks a million for that extra consideration, see you next summer which I’ll book around October again. Btw, Rosie does an awesome job, hang on to her 🥰

Amber is the best, as well as her co-hosts! She was quick to respond to any and all questions. The condo was neat and clean and had all we could need and more! The balcony had an amazing view! TV is super nice and HUGE! Pool is very nice and clean! Towels and thick and nice! Everything is super nice and we will book again!!

Our family had a great week at Mermaid Cove! The location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Geoff, Vicky, and Lucy were very friendly and helpful hosts. The fully fenced yard and gated dock were perfect for our puppy. Our daughter loved the hammocks. Would highly recommend to other families!

The place was clean and inviting. Brandy made sure we knew we could contact her if there were any problems. This was our first time staying at Sea Side and we loved it! We hope to be back next year!

A day before arrival Ryan called and informed me the air conditioning for his unit had just broken down and expressed his concern for our comfort during the hot weather expected during our stay. Without a guarantee from the repair man that the AC would be fixed before our arrival Ryan offered to refund our payment or look for vacancy for another unit in the complex. We loved the location and said another unit would be fine and after much effort on his part he informed us of two other units available and chose one close to the beach. There was a price difference but instead of me having to cancel the existing reservation and make another one the difference was handled between Ryan and the other owner. Throughout the whole process Ryan kept us informed and found us another great unit for us and without any extra effort on my part. Ryan’s efforts and sincere concern for our comfort helped make our trip a complete success. Thank you!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Jason’s place. Having access to the Hilton’s amenities, pools, and restaurants was a game changer! We will be back, HHI!

This place is absolutely beautiful, so clean and the host is amazing. We saw so many dolphins. We did not like the flying palmetto bugs but it's the south so they are part of the experience.

It was great. Very spacious and the proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The pools were great too. Grady was a responsive host. We had a great time!
