Holiday rentals with a patio in Jasenice

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

Great appartment, you can reach the beach, the center with restaurants by foot in some minutes. If you are planning to climb in Paklenica, it is perfect to reach the rocks by bike in 15-20 min. The kitchen is fully equipped and communication with Maja was perfectly easy! We are planning to come back!

The house is very nice and above all clean, the hosts attentive to our needs, very kind, one night they also offered to cook for us. If we were to return to that area of Croatia we would be happy to come back to them. We highly recommend it to those who want to vacation there.

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We felt very comfortable here. The house is located almost directly on the water and you can admire great sunsets or take a ride with the SUP. The apartment was as described and the bed very comfortable. We'd love to come back :)

Beautiful accommodation near the water (accessible via small path and stairs from the terrace). The apartment is new and the owner arranges the 2 apartments above. Plus, Ive kindly lent us 3 bikes. There is a very good restaurant in the village “Antonio” where the fish and meat dishes are excellent. For visits, central location 30 minutes from Zadar, 1h20 from Plivitce, 20 minutes from Paklenika, 1h30 from Split... We had a great stay and are ready to come back?

The accommodation even exceeded our expectations. The pool creates a relaxing atmosphere. We spent every morning and evening by the pool.

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

I was very lucky to spend a few days in this beautiful villa and I am completely thrilled! Even the first step into the villa was a real highlight: everything was incredibly clean, stylishly furnished and you immediately felt at home. A special thank you goes to Matteo, who really thought of everything. The villa was fully equipped, you didn't have to bring anything from home. I had a few things with me, but in retrospect, that was completely unnecessary. There was really everything you need for a relaxed stay. Matteo was also always available and immediately took care of everything if you needed something. Such hospitality is rare! I can recommend this villa without reservation. It was an unforgettably beautiful stay happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place! On the first day, we were warmly greeted with an etagere full of meat, ham, cheese, fresh bread and donuts - a great gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. The entire complex is very large and perfect for a stay with four people. We particularly liked the opportunity to cook in one room and eat in the other, which gave us an incredibly homely feeling. For barbecue fans, there is also an outdoor barbecue, which we were happy to use. Shopping is very easy in the neighbouring town of Benkovac, which makes your stay even more pleasant. In addition, we had plenty of opportunities to keep ourselves busy on the grounds in the afternoon, because there is a small mini golf course, a dartboard, a table football table and a refreshing pool, which provided a lot of fun and variety. Overall, we can only recommend Martin's accommodation!

It was special to stay at Nado's place. First of all, we were warmly greeted and could count on help at any time. The place is very convenient with access to many attractive places such as beaches, river, mountains and Pletwick Lakes. The place is very clean with access to a small pool and barbecue. Fresh fish, vegetables, or bread locally bought in Posedarje (fish open 7-11am) completes the stay. The grill fulfills its task. 9 minutes by car there is a large market called Plodine where you can buy everything. The only thing to note is when all the rooms are occupied, it gets a little crowded. On the other hand, the area offers many attractions and you can also walk to the coast (about 13 minutes) and enjoy sun and water baths. We also recommend visiting the charming town of Novigrad and the restaurant Konoba Mika or The Queen Novigrad. We also recommend Pisak Beach (17 minutes by car). The apartment offers everything if you have your own or rented car. Good luck.

Quiet and peaceful location with almost private lagoon. Place is modern, equipped with everything you will ever need for your vacation. Overall, a very pleasant experience… can’t really complain about anything.

Spacious apartment with a view. The rooms where cozy and clean. the kitchen has all the amenities you need, and the host left some drinks for our first stay. The location is very beautiful, 20-30 mins walk to the city center, right at the sea side. There is a small grocery store right on the corner and a tasty pizzeria 10 mins away. The host was friendly and gave us some local tips on what to visit. Very responsive. I would come back again!

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
