This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

This cottage, 130 years old, is about 90 m2, modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 25 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Cosy apartment in Stockholm

Welcome home!. We have many books, art on the walls and a piano. One of the nicest parts of Stockholm. Around the corner you can find old wooden houses, many coffeehouse (Il Café, Kafferang ...) and restaurants (Folii) and the lovely park on the “White hill”. A short stroll to a magnificent view over the city. It's quite and safe in here and easy to walk everywhere, or take the blue buss (2) to the city center. Sjöstuga 10 meter från havet vid Stockholms inlopp

Ett fantastiskt boende vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset. Stugan ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Stugan har terrass mot havet och ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).
